This FB status is to explain this "order your MP via SMS / twitter" campaign method that we activists at Right to recall party have proposed. This statuspost explains what we activists at Right to Recall Party are requesting MPs and 85 crore voters to do

chap-1 : What do words MP and SMS mean here?
.
The word MP here includes PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, Mayors, Corporators, Sarpanchs of District / Tahsil/ Gram, Panchayat Members of District / Tahsil / Gram, and word also includes Party's apex Leaders. eg consider statement "send order to MP via sms". So when issue is national subject, the word MP will mean PM / MP. And when issue is state subject, then word MP will mean CM / MLA. And when issue is city municipality subject, it will mean Mayor / Municipal Corporator. And if it is District / Tahsil / Gram subject, then it will mean Sarpanch and Panchayat Member of that District / Tahsil / Gram. And if MP , MLA etc has NOT put his official mobile number or twitterid on govt website, then sms can be sent to the party leader or MP / MLA of a nearby constituency of same party.

The word sms includes sms, twitter and facebook. eg "order your MP via SMS" means order the MP / PM or MLA / CM etc and also send a copy over twitter, and also mention it on facebook. If you dont know how to use FB, then it doesnt apply.

chap-2 : Request to all PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, Sarpanchs, Mayors, Corporators, Panchayat Members etc
.
We request you to take following steps
.
(step-2.1) pls buy a new simcard and create a new twitterid.
.
Reason - This is necessary so that voters dont end up sending sms on your personal mobile or twitterid and dont end up disturbing you.
.
(step-2.2) pls put that new mobile number and twitterid on GoI website with sign (S) , meaning sms

Reason - This is necessary so that voters dont end up sending sms on your personal mobile or twitterid and dont end up disturbing you.

(step-2.3) if you dont want to count your voters, then please throw away the new simcard in a gutter. But if you wish to count voters, then please convert simcard into a virtual simcard or connect mobile phone containing simcard to PC. The PC can have following server.
.
Reason - It isnt possible for one or even 100 humans to process lakhs of sms. So sms that come should be fed to a PC and that PC will give summary reports to work on.
.
(step-2.4) If sms is "voterid = VOTERID" then server should register that voterid with that mobile number. To additionally verify, your staff send 4 digit code via postcard at the address of that voter as given in voterlist, and ensure that that code comes via that mobile via sms. Or you may ask voter to appear once at any of your ward offices or office of your political part and personally register his mobile number

(step-2.5) If sms is received from a mobile number whose voterid is not sent or known, then server should send send feedback sms as "pls send your voterid"
.
(step-2.6) The server should see if that sms has any url. If yes, then add that url in the list of urls received. If sms has word "#NO#" then see step-2.7. For each url, server should make a list of voterids and cellno which have sent at least one sms containing that url. And server should add the voterid , if known, to the list of voterids who have sent that specific url. And send feedback sms to sender as "your sms# is ___ . number of persons who have sent the url you sent , inclduing you are approximately = ____ ".

(step-2,7) If sms has url and has word "#NO" then server should remove the voterid and cellno from the list of voterid and cellno which have sent that url. And server should keep a log of date/time when that voterid was added / removed

(step-2.8) the server should see if that sms any hash such as filehash or bittorenthash. if yes, then server should add the hash in the list of hashes received. Then server should see if server has "#NO#" in sms. if "#NO#" is present, then server should take step-2.9. If hash is present and #NO# is not present, then server should add voterid, if known, and cellno in the list of voterids and cellno who have sent that hash. And send feedback sms to sender as "your sms# is ___ . number of persons who have sent hash you sent , inclduing you are approximately = ____ ".

(step-2.9) if sms has no hash and no link, then server should send feedback sms "pls send sms with link or hash . sms without url or hash cant be counted by this server".

(step-2.10) On website, server show links and hashes it has recieved . Staff should ensure that links dont have obscene text. In general. Also, you may make a policy that server will show only links to facebook or twitter or a govt website.

(step-2.11) Along with links and hashes, server must show count i.e. number of distinct cellno / voterids that have sent that hash / link
.
(step-2.12) on website, server may or need not show list of all phone numbers and all voterids. Server of PM or CM can surely show all sms, all phone numbers and all voterids after issuing a proper gazette notification. But if are not PM or CM, and you are MP< MLA, Corporator etc and you wish to disclose the mobile numbers or voterids of those who have sent sms to you, then first please check with a lawyer. Please ensure about possible legal issues. I , Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta, would not show voterids and cellno on my website, unless there is first a Gazette Notification that authorizes me to do so. You may decide on your own.

(step-2.13) But if server shows links / hashes you have received, and showing the voter counts or sms count will have NO legal problem, unless link as obscene text. So if policy is to show link of facebook status or twitter tweet or link to govt website, then chances that link have obscene status reduces.

(step-2.14) SPECIAL REQUEST TO PM \ CMS --- please ask DC's staff to allow voters to register their mobile number in voterlist. And if voter sends filehash or bittorrenthash via that registered mobile, then his sms should come on PM's website along with his voterid and name.

chap-3 : Request to 85 crore voters of India
.
Please see Satyarth Prakash , chap-6 , Rajdharm, written by Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati. the first or second page of chap-6 says "Raja i.e. king and ruling class should be Praajaadheen , or else such rulers using injustice and by using imposing fines using unjust laws, will rob the poeple ; the people will become weak and nation will get destroyed". And this shloka comes from Atharvaved.IOW, it is religious duty of every citizen of India to ensure that Raja i.e. ruler is prajaa-aadheen. Hence, it is your religious duty to send necessary orders to PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, Sarpanchs, Mayors etc via sms / twitter..

The constitution says "we the people of Bharat ... " in its preamble,It doesnt say "we the MPs, or we the judges etc etc". It says "we the people", and word people means all us 85 crore voters of India. So it is us voters' constitutional duty as well as to send necessary orders to PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, Sarpanchs, Mayors etc via sms / twitter..

Now before we and you 85 crore voters send orders, we should note that we commons can be only counted and not heard. i.e. MP can count us on 100s of issues, but he cant hear even 1% of us. Let me explain. Say each voter desires that MP should listen to him for 5 minutes.. Now MP has 17 lakh voters and even 25% voters speak for 5 minutes each, it is 17 lakh * 25/100 * 5 minutes = about 21 lakh minutes . And even if MP spends 10 hours a day listening, then also it would take him over 8 years to 9 years !!! IOW, it is materially impossible for an MP to "hear" your speech or read your letter or read your sms. And it is impossible for PM. Even corporator who has 1 lakh voters wont be able to hear voters below him.

So you can be heard. But you all can be counted. eg say 17 lakh voters want say 5000 different law-drafts . And one average voter wants say 100-200 law-drafts, 150 on an average. Then each voter can send 150 SMS with "codes" of the law-drafts he wants. That will be some 17 lakh * 150 = about 26 crore SMS. Now no human or even staff of 1000 humans can read 26 crore sms. But one PC can scan all 26 crore SMS and tell MP how many voters want law-draft-A, how many voters want law-draft-B and so on
.
IOW, MP can count us voters --- an MP cant hear us.
.
To those who want to be heard and not merely counted, sorry --- I have no solution for you. You must contact some other great leaders and great activists --- and India has 1000s of them !! They will promise you that each one of you will be heard, not merely counted
.
As per hearing the individual complaint --- that is something only a lower court Jury can do. I have discussed Jury System in other status posts

Now if you wish to be counted, then I request you to take following steps. If MP wants to count you, then these steps may enable you to ensure that you get counted. But if your MP doesnt want to count you, then please get an MP who agrees to count you.

steps we at Right to Recall Party request voters to take
.
(step-3.A) This step has to be taken once for each PM, CM, MP, MLA, Mayor, Corporator, Sarpanch of District / tahsil / Gram , Panchayat Member of District / Tahsil / Gram etc. This step is about getting their official cellno / twitterid
.
(step-3.A.1) pls get official, not personal , cellno of PM, MP, CM, MLA etc from govt website. Pls also get official twitterid of your PM, MP, CM, MLA etc from govt website. Pls send your voterid on the official cellno of PM, CM, MP, MLA, Mayor, Corporator etc. Also send your voterid to their twitterid.

Reason - It is unfair to send sms to personal number of MP. If all 17 lakh votes, or even 10% of them , send sms, then it will be huge mess for the MP. So sms should be sent on his official number which will be connected to PC if MP wants to count the voters, OR thrown in gutter if MP doesnt want to count voters
.
(step-3.A.2) If you cant get their official cellno / twitterid from govt websites, then pls send request via twit to their party leaders to put their official cellno
.
(step-3.A.3) If you still cant find official cellno / twitterid of you PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, Mayors, Sarpanchs, Corporator, Panchayat Members etc then pls use cellno / twitterid of their party leaders. or MP / MLA of same political nearby constituency. Please also do write a post card asking MP etc to put official cellno / twitterid over govt websites. Pls also ask all your journalist friends to publicly request all PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs etc in their newspapers etc to request PM , CMs, MLAs etc that they all should mention their cellno and twitterid on govt websites.

(step-3.A.4) On facebook, pls create a group called as "Law Drafts I support". Please dont allow anyone to post status / comments in this group except yourself or your paid assistant.
.
Reason - when you share a post on wall, it will get pushed down by the new posts. So say there are 100 law-drafts you support and you have made some 2000-5000 posts. Then these 100 law-drafts posts will be scattered over 2000-5000 posts. But if a you have created a separate group called, and copy of law-drafts you support are in that group, then inside that group, there will only be posts related to law drafts you support and no other posts. So it will easy for you to reference. And it will be easy for others to see the law-drafts you support.

(step-3.A.5) ( optional ) Please create a cover picture which has only 2 lines of text repeated twice -- " pls click this cover picture to see the law-drafts I support" . In the text description to cover picture, pls put the link to the group "Law Drafts I Support". (eg As one sample, pls see my cover picture. You may download the same cover picture and upload it back as your cover picture. )

Reason - That way, the information on law-drafts you support will spread at a faster rate amongst your FB friends and profile visitor.

(step-3.A.6) ( optional ) Pls create a status post in the FB group "Law-drafts I Support". The heading should be "List of law-drafts I support and their links / hashes" . Please make it a pinned post.

Reason - If links / bittorrenthashes of all law-drafts you support are in one post, then information will spread at a faster rate and also you will be able to reference it easily

(step-3.B) We request you to take these steps once for every law-draft you support.

There are three levels --- depending on how much time you wish to allocate to publicize the law-drafts that you think can reduce the problems.

Level-1 supporter : if you wish to give minimal amount of time

(step-3.B1.1) Pls ask activists around you to give law-drafts by which problems you are facing can reduce. If activists refuse to give law-drafts, then IMO, you need to change activists you support, follow and listen to. As an example, to see the law-drafts I propose, please click my cover page. And pls see text description, and pls click the link saying "law draft I support"

(step-3.B1.2) pls also ask activist to give internet link of facebook status where this law-draft is given. Please also ask him to provide sha1hash and bittorrenthash of the textfile or pdffile which has this law-draft. If activist doesnt have link or hash, then pls change activist. As an example, the above link will have links and hashes of the law-drafts I support.

(step-3.B1.3) pls send law-draft status link, law-draft file sha1hash and law-draft file bittorrenthash to PM / MP , CM / MLA, Mayor / Corporator etc as may be the case.

(step-3.B1.4) If the law-draft is central issue, then sms / tweet should be to PM / MP. If it the law-draft is State issue, then sms / tweet should be to CM / MLA. If law-draft is city municipality issue, then send sms / tweet to Mayor / Corporator. If law-draft is district / tahsil / gram issue, then pls send sms / tweet to Sarpanch and Panchayat Member of District / Tahsil / Gram.

(step-3.B1.5) If their cellno / twitterid is not known then pls use cellno / twitterid of Part's apex leaders or MP / MLA / Corporator of SAME party of nearby constituency.
.
(step-3.B1.6) In twitter, pls make sure that you have tagged PM, MP etc. In addition, you may tag a private activist or assistant who is doing record keeping on your behalf.
.
Reason : that way, that private activist can keep a log of all tweets you have sent, and put them in one status post on fb.

(step-3.B1.7) in addition, you may send that sms to a private activist's cellno if he is doing record keeping for you. eg you may send sms to smstoneta dot com. This private website will keep a log of all sms you have sent.
.
(step-3.B1.8) pls write a facebook status mentioning the sms, and the fact that you have sent the SMS to PM, MP etc. ; so that this law-draft gets publicity on FB.
.
(step-3.B1.9) pls keep a printout of all law-drafts you have supported with you in a file. Please keep date/time of when you sent the sms and when you tweeted to MP \ MLA ; so that you can show these law-drafts when you meet someone who doesnt have FB / twitter account and doesnt know how to use FB / twitter.

Level-2 : if you want to give 2 hours a week to publicize law-drafts

You need to take all steps above, and take additional step as follows
.
(step-3.B2.1) whenever you send FB status link , called as MainStatus, to your MP \ MLA of the law-draft you support, please take following steps
.
(a) add a comment "I support this law-draft" in the MainStatus.
(b) please like that MainStatus
(c) share that MainStatus on your wall
(d) share that MainStatus on wall of your "Law drafts I support" FB group, that you created in (step-3.A.4).
(e) put the link to twitter message you sent PM / MP as your fb status
(f) pls retweet the twitter message given in the first comment of the MainStatus
.
All these steps are so that information on law-drafts spreads at a faster rate, and the newcomer gets information on all law-drafts you have supported in one goi.

Level-3 : if you want to give 8 hours a week to work to publicize the law-drafts

(step-3.B3.2) In the text description of the cover picture, please put link to the group you have created in (step-3.A.4) .

(step-3.B3.3) Each time you like / share a law-draft, please copy-paste that law draft on your wall and also in the group law-draft I support.

(step-3.B3.4) In the group "Law-Drafts I Support" , please create a post which has one para for each law-draft you support. This post should be pinned post. That para should have following lines

(a) link to FB status post which has law-draft you support
(b) bittorrenthash of the file which has the law-draft
(c) link to the status on your wall , where you shared the MainStatus which has the law-draft
(d) link to the status on wall of your "Law Drafts I Support" group , where you shared the MainStatus which has the law-draft
(e) Link to the comment where you wrote "I support this law-draft" , in the MainStatus of that law-draft (see step-3.B2.1)
(f) Put all above link in the iSupport comment too

chap-4 : Request to activists

I broadly classify activists into two groups --- (a) those can only publicize law-drafts but not and (b) those who can develop / write law-drafts.
.
Anyone can learn how to write a law-draft to reduce a given problem. Some technical knowledge of the specific subhect may be needed. eg if you want to write a law draft about construction industry, then technical knowledge about construction business may be needed. Other then that, one also need some trainning in logic and maths. And to write law-draft, one has to first read a lot of law drafts , and see how other law drafts work or dont work !! .

So ability to write law-draft needs time, If one cant spare time for any reason, then he may have to confine to publicize law-drafts. and as time goes, he may be able to write law-drafts.
.
If you can publicize law-drafts, but not write law-drafts, then please do all steps mentioned above in Level-1 to Level-3. And in addition, please take following steps
.
steps-4.A are for activists who can work, but not create a new draft themselves,

steps-4.B are for activists who can TRANSLATE or write new law-drafts

(step-4.A.1) pls ask more and more friend of yours to steps steps mentioned in chap-3

(step-4.B.2) get more information about law-drafts, and publish on your FB status post profile and message them on WA

(step-4.B.3) also gather YT = YouTube videos on the law-drafts and circulate them on FB / WA / YT etc.

(step-4.B.4) pls distribute pamphlets on these law-drafts to activists who are working in these law-drafts

(step-4.B.5) pls make some site like smstoneta dot com to explain voters how PM's website will look like, once PM prints gazette notification by which all sms sent to PMO's cellno are displayed on that website along with voterid.

If you are an activist who can write law-drafts, then please take following steps
.
(step-4.B.1) pls write TRANSLATION or new law-draft in a textfile and or pdffile ; pls obtain the sha1hash of the file, and pls also obtain sha1hash of the text ; pls upload the file on bittorrent and get bitorrent hash. If it is translation, then please include hashes , but not links, of textfile or pdffile which has the law-draft

(step-4.B.2) pls upload the file on a facebook group ; in the file you upload, in the description section, please mention law-draft code, and sha1hash of file, sha1hash of the text, bittorrenthash, piecesize in obtaining torrent, and name of the file.

(step-4.B.3) please create a MainStatus for that law-draft. The MainStatus will have law-draft code, filehash, bittorrenthash, link to file (see step-4.B.2) , and also the whole text of the law-draft. The MainStatus should also have sms that voters need to send to MP.

(step-4.B.4) please put law-draft code, MainStatus link, bittorrenthash and filehash on twitter

(step-4.B.5) Pls publicize the law-draft, code, bittorrenthash, filehash etc using all possible means
