(1) Dear PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, Sarpanchs –
.
(1a) we activists at Right to Recall Party are requesting 85 crore voters of India to do their constitutional duty of sending necessary orders to PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs via sms\twitter.

(1b) The orders can be about laws that voters want you to print.
.
(1c) we request voters to include links and BTH = bittorrenthash of the law-drafts.
.
(1d) so we request you to publish official cellno/twitterid of PM\CMs\MPs\MLAs on govt websites.
.
(1e) we also request you to setup sms servers, so that when voters sms you, the server will give you count of voters sending a specific link or BTH.
.
(1f) so if lakhs of voters send crores of sms to you, ordering you to print say 1000s of laws they need, then you will NOT need to read all crores of sms; you will only need to read 100-200 law-drafts with highest counts.

(1g) so “order your MP via sms” is not noise proposal like slogan shouting and dharanabaazi ; if you implement sms servers, then it is a structured procedure to get verifiable opinion count.

(2a) IMO, it is your constitutional duty to send necessary orders to PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, Mayors, Sarpanchs etc via sms\twitter.

(2b) you must NOT send sms\tweets to MPs’ personal cellno\twitterid; you should sms\tweet ONLY to his official cellno\twitterid. .

(2c) if MP hasn’t punished his official cellno, then pls send sms to cellno of nearby MP\MLA or his party. .

(2d) pls do NOT send sms to MP’s personal cellno\twitterid.

(2e) IMO sms must only be about law-drafts you want and not about slogans, problems and demands.

(2f) sms must have internet link to law-draft and BTH = bitorrenthash of text or pdf file having law-draft you want.

(2g) pls publicly ask PM, CMs, MPs, MLAs, Sarpanchs, Mayors to put their official, cellno\twitterid on govt websites.

(4a)JurySys was ended by Nehru in 1959, not due to Nanavati Trial, but to protect large landlords.

(4b)Jurors were siding with landless and giving verdicts against landlords.

(4c) So ending JurySys had become must to protect landlords.

(4d)also, Jurors acquitted Nanavati not due to media influence, but because Jurors saw Ahuja as “paternity fraudster criminal” and saw Nanavati as victim of “potential paternity fraud”.

(5)answers to technical FAQs :
.
free cell phones can be given to poor voters. Phno can be tagged with voter#. So if a voter has 2 phno, then system will count only one phno.
.
sms/tweeting is better than signature campaign as (1) signatures can be forged (2) signature-counting cant be automated (3) when leaders sell out, the signature campaign derails; but leader-sell-out cant derail sms campaign. So “order you MP via sms with filehash” is better than signature campaign or slogan shouting or dharana.

Answers to political FAQs : I have no links with AAP, AK=Arvind Kejrival. I started my campaign to get Right to Recall laws printed in Gazette in oct-1998. AFAIK = as far as I know, AK hasnt given any RTR procedure drafts that AK promised in apr-2011. So IMO AK has no interest in RTR-MP, RTR District Police Chief etc. All in all, I have no links with AK, AAP
