One sided pro-worker laws vs plain dole --- how one sided pro-worker laws kill industries, while dole doesnt
.
One sided pro-worker laws are like laws in which employer cant expel worker even if the employer thinks that efficiency is way below possible,. Whereas dole is only an additional tax on employer's income and wealth to give payment to whole population.
.
And in fact, dole may not need any tax !!! In MRCM proposal, the cash payment to every citizen comes via mineral royalties and rent from Govt land. But yes, if one want more dole than that, then taxes will be needed
.
So dole via MRCM imposed zero burden on employers. And dole via taxation imposes some burden on his wealth and income.
.
But one side pro-worker laws drastically lower his efficiency because such laws drastically lower efficiencies of a large number of workers and also increase indiscipline.
.
At the same time, one sided pro-employer, laws, like China lower the income growth of workers and lowers the possibility that a worker will be able to save capital and start his own business. Thus, one sided pro-employer laws reduce the growth in generation.
.
SOLUTION?
.
Solution is have Jury System to decide ALL labor disputes with employers. The Jurors oppose raw expolitation, but at the same time, Jurors are pro-employer. Because they know that if court harasses employer wrongly, then employer may shut down the business, new employers will not come, and the region will have high unemployment and high crime and so on.
.
If cases are decided by judges, then eventually judges will pass orders as desired by elitemen masters or worse --- foreign elitemen masters !!! The foreign elitemen, using workers' welfare as pretext, will bribes MPs and judges to pass such anti-employer laws and judgments, that all industries will collapse.
.
So MRCM is best --- it achieves some welfare of ALL without any taxes and any burden on employers, Next comes doles via taxes. And worst is pro-labor anti-employer one sided laws
