How PM, CMs, Ministers, MPs , MLAs, IAS, IPS, judges, relative lawyers loot via third party via one sided laws
.
Once upon a time, Kings and their officers used to loot people directly. Now means have changed. The loot is via third party !! .
.
The first party is PM, CM , Ministers, MP, MLA, IAS, IPS, judge, relative lawyer etc
.
The second party is the victim of first party's robbery
.
Third party is a civilian, often related to second party.
.
And the first party will loot second party, NOT directly but via third party !!!
.
Let me explain how.
.
The first party will make a law that "if any woman complains of dowry, then policemen will imprison the man and his in-laws including mother-in-law etc into prison for a long time to come.
.
Now say there are 10000 couples. Say 100 men are harassing their wives for dowry. And in other 9900 cases, some 500 women have extra marital affairs. Now these 100 genuine victims may or may not use this law/ But out of 500 women with affairs, some 400 will surely use this law. Now when right or wrong complain is filed, the policeman will NOT come and ask for bribe. The man will have to go to police station and give bribe to delay the arrest. The judge will NOT ask for bribe. The man will have to find a lawyer who is relative of judge, and give him judge's bribe and lawyer's markup , to get an anticipatory bail !! And how much is bribe? The IPS ask for Rs 10000 or more to delay the arrest by 1 week, and for NRIS, the price can be Rs 500,000 !!! And judges' relative lawyers ask for Rs 200,000 to Rs 50 lakhs for anticipatrory bail , in which some 50% is their markup !!!

IOW, gone are the days when officers / judges would come and extort !! Welcome to the days, where bribe giver will have to walk to officer / judge and beg him to accept the bribe !!! A portion of bribes policemen will collect will go all the way to MLA, MP, Ministers and CM.
.
Now one will blame the third party i.e. complainer. But reality is --- the law is twisted to ensure that , VIA COMPLAINER, Ministers / IAS / IPS / judges can force victim to offer the bribe.
.
Likewise, consider new law that SoMoKe are bringing --- GST. As per GST, if B buys goods from A for say Rs 1000 , and GST rate is say 20%, then B has to pay Rs 1000 + Rs 200 = Rs 1200 to A. And A is supposed to deposit Rs 200 to Govt. If A doesnt deposit Rs 200, then B will have to pay again !!! (if B is also a GST paying trader or manufacture, not if B is end user or "lumpsump" trader / manufacturer).

Now say some B suffers the loss because the seller from whom he bought goods didnt pay GST. So all his life, B will keep blaming A, a third party, for his losses. But cold reality is --- SoMoke have printed this law to ensure that B gets robbed and is forced to leave the business !!!
.
Likewise, supreme judges have printed a law that if an unmarried man and unmarried woman are living together, then man has to pay "alimony" and also give share in his houses or some rent, for rest of the life !!! And SoMoKe have refused to oppose this law. And NaMo has refused to bring ordinance to end this law made by the judge. Again, the man and woman in such cases will pay heavy money to lawyers and part of it goes all the way to Supreme Court Chief judges !!! The man will blame woman,. But at core, the loot is via law, not via that third party i.e. the woman
.
And one more. SoMoKe have support the law passed in 1960s to ban opium. Result? One person need opium of just Re 1. Now due to ban, cost of that opium jumps to Rs 200 to Rs 300 !! And a huge portion of this Rs 299 profit is pocketed by lawyers, judges, IAS, IPS, Ministers etc. And due to such high price, the addict will commit robberies to support the addiction. Please note -- if there was no ban, opium addict would have never committed robbery. So the victim of robbery will end up blaming the addict, and almost never see that robbery was due to ban on opium and not due to addiction !!!

So enter the new way to loot. In good old days Kings or Viceroys or their men used to come, and beat and loot. Now the loot is via laws , in which a THIRD PART will loot, and Ministers / IAS / IPS / judges will get a huge cut, but on paper, the blame will fall on third party only !!!

Solution?
.
In case of domestic violence and dowry, the solution I propose is Jury Trial in which Jurors may order narcotest on accused. And in case of GST, solution I propose is to cancel VAT m GST, service tax , excise and instead use wealth tax. And in case of live in relation, solution is again to let the Jurors decide.
.
But how can we expel such corrupt judges and stop MPs from making laws which enable Ministers , IAS , IPS , judges to mloot via third party?
.
Print law-drafts like RTR, JurySys etc.

Here, I request ALL activists to know that SoMoKe have shamelessly and OPENLY supported such laws like "GST with buyer will bear burden of missing trader", woman be assumed as true in all complaints and so on. And ALL Congress / BJP / AAP / RSS / BST workers are supporting these laws. And every SoMoke-andhbhagat is also supporting these "loot via third party": laws

So solution?

Solution I propose to ALL activists is to unfollow all your friends who are SoMoKe-andhbhagats, CoBhApSwaRa-workers etc,. And instead, please work to publicize RTR-law-drafts.
