Why are SoMoKe overpaying non technical govt employees and same SoMoKe insist on underpaying technical govt employees and policemen?
.
One of my proposals is to make present and ALL past salary, HRA, PF of ALL govt employees public along with their names , ids, picture, designation, place of their work, their degree etc, Also, all their wealth and wealth of their spouses and kids should be made public on web. The proposal included judges. and soldiers as well.

Also, the benefits the get and deemed costs of benefits,.And the data will also have list of their relatives in Govt !! IOW, if a person is magistrate and his father is judge in sessions court or high court, then the page of that magistrate will show name and link to that sessions/high judge in section "relatives in govt".

Suffices tyo say --- SoMoKe have refused to make such website. And all Congress / BJP / RSS / AAP / BST workers have also opposed this proposals. And all SoMoKe-andhbhagats have also opposed this proposal.

The proposed website will show income earned by ALL govt employees since 1947 --- or as far as data is available.

Once this data becomes public, it will be visible that
.
1) Non-technical people in Govt are overpaid by factor of 2 to 5 compared to people in private !! eg an ONGC clerk, when benefits are added, gets paid 4 to 5 times
.
2) Technical people like doctors, engineers are undepaid compared to private. Some are corrupt and make lot more than private, But non corrupt ones get underpaid.
.
3) Policemen are undepaid. And so are soldiers. Salary of soldiers have now improved. But policemen are still underpaid. Of course, the corrupt ones make a killing. But non corrupt ones get shafted
.
So why do SoMoke overpay non-technical persons , underpay technical persons and underpay policemen?
