Will referendum system in India worsen JK problem? NO. Because we have proposed system of herachiam referendums i.e. national level referendum can cancel state level referendum and state level referendum can cancel level district level referendum

We at Right to recall Party have proposed TCP , which is similar to referendum, except that money govt has to pay in TCP is almost zero. And much of the procedure is SMS based and open. This makes TCP far superior than referendum procedure practiced in USA and Europe today.

Now TCP we have proposed isnt binding (and neiither are referendum).

But still, can such referendum like procedure worsen problems like JK? Or problems in districts where Bangladeshi are now majority?

In the TCP = referendum procedure we at Right to Recall Party have proposed, the referendum of voters of district can be cancelled by majority voters using state and referendum of state can be cancelled by voters of India using India level referendum.

So JK can very well ask for secession, and Indian voters can then using referendum cancel that secession referendum, cnacel art-370, merge JK with Himachal and Utterkhand, and pass law that Indian voter can move to JK, buy land there, become voter there and can also bear guns there.

IOW, referendum will solve JK issue in one day, Of course, referendum will solve JK issue only at legal level. We need to improve weapon manufacturing without FDI to FULLY solve JK problem. Because Saudi Arabia, Pakistan etc want JK to become part of Pakistan. And USUK want independent JK so that USUK can build base in independent weak JK and also convert them.

So referendum will NOT worsen JK problem, but will fix JK problem. Likewise, referndum will NOT worsen Bangladeshi problem but will fix Bangladeshi problem.

In India, Congress / BJP / RSS / BST have OPENLY opposed referendum concept since 1925 !! And AAP opposes India level referendum proposals and inists that referendum should be confined to Gram / District / State level. Proposal of AAP will damage India.
