Neel hiran = Neelgay culling --- the law I propose is --- neelhiran's meat cannot be eaten, dead body must be deposited at a designated place and buried or burnt, and neelhiran can be shot ONLY if neelhiran is in farm and NOT in forest land

RSS / NaMo have been high on promoting export of buffallo meat. And as export of buffallo meat increases, UNOFFICIAL export of cow meat also rises. RSS / NaMo have not allowed custom officials to test if the meat being exported is cow meat or buffalo meat

As export of buffalo meat increases, the buffalo pmeat and cow meat prices in India increases. And so to keep prices low, NaMo and RSS-workers started supporting mass culling of nee-hirans.

Neel-hiran is WRONGLY named as neelgay, and IMO word neelgay should be officially abolished and only word neelhiran should be used. Neelgay is NOT cow and is basically a hiran (deer).

So neelhiran is NOT pious. But culling of neelhiran should NOT be allowed. Shooting neelhiran who has entered farm and ruining farm should be OK. But culling neelhiran for the purpose of eating meat is NOT OK. So if neel hiran has entred farm, it can be shot. But then selling or eating its meat should be banned. So law should be that dead body of neelgay must deposited at some designated place where it will be burnt or buried.

Killing neelhiran will deplete population of neelhiran and in turn that will make chitah (leopards) attack cattle and even men.

Maneka Gandhi's opposition is show and drama. Her only demand is to make Varun Gandhi a Minister in Center or CM candidate of UP etc. Maneka Gandhi has no morals otherwise. Otherwise, she shoudl have resigned when NaMo printed law allowing shooting of neelhiars and at the same time not putting condition on ban on hilhiran meat.
Further ALL RSS-workers, all Congress-workers, all AAP-workers, all BJP-workers and all BST-workers ahev all openly promoted buffalo meat export and as a result, neelhiran culling has started. And now they also support neelhiran culling,

Only we at Right to Recall Party have opposed culling of neelhiran for meat eating purpose. Most of us recallists have supported shooting neelhiran who has entered farm, with STRICT condition that meat cannot be eaten and deadbody must be burnt or buried.

So I would request activists to dump Congress/BJP/AAP/RSS/BST and instead work with Right to recall party/
