Rahul Mehta Gandhinagar LsCandidate
Most voters / workers do NOT insist that a person of his caste must become CM / Minister --- Most voters / workers only want a leader who has proved that he will NOT discriminate against his (i.e. voter's ) caste.
,.
NaMo-andhbhagats are bad mouthing voters of Bihar that all voters who didnt vote for NaMo are casteist etc etc and so this is the single reason why BJP lost in Bihar.
,
Well, does Bihar BJP has a CM level leader who is trusted by all BJP workers and junior leaders as non-casteism? NO, Thats why BJP didnt declare anyone as CM candidate. eg if Sushil Modi was declared as CM candidate, then all OBC / Dalits in BJP would have got scared because Sushil Modi is known to be anti-OBC , anti-Dalit. And if Paswan or Manji were declared as CM candidates, then all FCs in BJP would have got scared because both are known to be anti-FC, anti-OBC.
.
Most voters and grassroot workers do NOT insist that only his caste-member should become CM / MLA. All common voters and grassroot workers wish are --- CM / Ministers / officers, who will NOT discriminate against members of his caste. If their is a person who has PROVED that he will be caste neutral, then most workers and voters will ignore his caste.
.
So RSS \ BJP (and same for Congress, AAP, RJD, JDU etc) do not have even one CM level leader , who has PROVEN reputation that he will be caste neutral. And so most voters / workers go for their own caste leaders.
.
SOLUTION?
.
Instead of creating leaders and proving that they are caste neutral, IMO, activsists should publicize law-drafts that will create caste neutral administration i.e. if Minister-in-charge or officer-in-charge is casteist, then he immidiately gets expelled. This will force all casteist men to behave in a caste neutral way !! And so casteism will reduce.
