Dear recallists,

Whats wrong with following proposed RTR-MP procedure ? Or , is the procedure fine with you?
.
1500 voters form a Gram --- elect Gramsabha Sarpanch who can be recalled by Gramsabha i.e. gathering of 1500 voters
.
35 Gram Sarpanch form Tahsil Samiti . They will elect Tahsil Sarpanch , who can be recalled by Gram Sapranch , but not by voters in Gram Sabha in Tahsil.

35 Tahsil Saprpanch form District Samiti . They will elect District Sarpanch , who can be recalled by Tahsil Sapranch , but not by voters of Gram Sabha under District.

There will 1500 * 35 * 35 = approx 18 lakh voters . This is same as LS constituencies these days.

The District Samilt can recall MP . But not the voters who elected MP.
.
Same way, MP can recall PM, but citizens cant directly recall PM.
.
IOW, RTR-MP is via indirectly elected representatives.

Pls note --- this proposed procedure is DIFFERENT from procedure I at RRG propose,. We propose recall of MP \ PM etc DIRECTLY via citizens and NOT via intermediate representatives.

So question to ALL recallists is ---

Pls state which procedures do YOU consider less good / bad? Direct recall via citizens or indirect via representatives?
