Solution to JK mess I propose ---- we should strengthen Military to a point that Pakistan, Saudi, China and USA stop helping JK secessionists. And when that happens, the JK problem will be solved.

How to improve Military? IMO, we should use same methods that West used --- use Jury System, RTR , referendum and multi-elections, abolish GST \ VAT \ excise, use wealth tax etc to reduce inefficiencies of factory owners, good officers etc. And that will improve manufacturing of all commodities including weapons, and that will improve Military. Once Indian Military improves, Pakistan, China, Saud, USA etc will stop helping separatists in JK, and so the terrorism problem will reduce to near zero.

With Rs 8000 crore, we can bring JurySys , RTR, multi-election , referendum in India. And SoMoKe and their andbhgata oppose this, and look at the price we have to pay ----we are giving Rs 80000 crore to JK , and that is just JK. We will have pay and pay and pay all sorts of nefarious elements. And we will have to give away all markets etc to MNC-owners or else, they will help Pakistan and create Kargil or use their social media to create crisis like anti-reservation movement and enable nefarious elements like Arvind Gandhi to become PM !! There will be no end to this blackmail.
