जॉइंट सेशन में कानून लाने के लिए आवश्यक सीटों की जरुरत, (545+243) +1 =788 की , 50% यानि 395 सीट।

भाजपा की लोकसभा में सीटो की संख्या -282
राज्य सभा में संख्या - 45
कूल = 347 , तो बहुमत के लिए 48 और चाहिए।

एन डी ऐ की लोकसभा संख्या - 334
राज्य सभा में एन डी ऐ की संख्या =60
कूल=394 , तो खली एक सीट की जरुरत।

और सत्ताधारी पार्टी आराम से 5-10 सांसदों को खरीद सकती है। इसके अलावा कुछ रिक्तिया भी रहती है जिससे बहुमत 395 से काम हो जाएगा.

तो राजग के प्रयाप्त सीटें है कोई भी कानून संसिया प्रणाली में पास करने के लिए।

तो यह कहना की राज्य सभा में बहुमत न होने की वजह से कुछ कानून जैसे बांग्लादेशियो को भागने के लिए , मंदिरो को सरकारी नियंत्रण से मुक्त करने के लिए , गो हत्या रुकवाने के लिए , अदालतों और पुलिस में भ्रष्टचार काम करने के लिए , आदि पास न करना सफ़ेद झूट है और कुछ नहीं।

(** हम गो हत्या के लिए केंद्रीय कानून का समर्थन नहीं करते क्यूंकि पुलिस राज्य सरकार के कंट्रोल में होती है और यही कसाइयों को पैसे खाके चोर देती है , पर भाजपा/जनसंग 1950 से केंद्रीय कानून की मांग कर रही है। )

कांग्रेस के पास तो आजादी के बाद से ही बहुमत है लेकिन उनकी मंशा नहीं है।

आप पार्टी यह तर्क देती है की बोत से जरुरी कानून हम इसलिए नहीं ला पा रहे है क्युकी हमारे सिर्फ 4 सांसद है। खेर निजी सदस्य विधेयक पेश करने के लिए एक पार्टी के एक ही सांसद की जरूरत होती है।

तो कार्यकर्ता और आम नागरिक इन सभी पार्टियो के पीछे अपना समय व्यर्थ न करे। यह सभी एक जैसे है। बल्कि इनसे मांग करे ऐसे कानूनी ड्राफ्ट की जिनसे समस्या दूर हो सकती है। उन कानून ड्राफ्ट को पढ़े और फिर उस हिसाब से किसी व्यक्ति और पार्टी को वोट करे।

Number of seats BJP in RS = 45
Total = 347 , so BJP falls short by about 48 MPs

Number of seats NDA has in LS = 334
Number of seats BJP in RS = 60
Total = 394 , so only 1 MP short

And a party in power can always manage to buy 5-10 MPs here and there. Plus there are vacancies, which reduce number from 395 to lesser.

So NDA has sufficient seats to get any law, which isnt constitutional amendment passed.

So all this ho halla that BJP doesnt have majority in RS to pass law-draft to free temp[les from govt control or expel bangladeshi or fix education or reduce corruption in judges or reduce corruption in policemen or reduce go hatya (*) or ban conversion (**) etc etc is just a ---- WHITE LIE.

(** - I dont support "law" to ban conversion, but BJP's excuse that it doesnt have majority in RS is a white lie.

* --- I also dont support central law to ban gohatya and propose state laws to ban gohatya as police is under state. But BJP has been promoisng a central law since .... Jansangh days since 1950s. And now excuse given is --- we dont have majority in RS, and that excuse is a lie.)

Congress has been having majority since ages, except his term.

AAP claims that they oppose all good law-drafts because they have only 4 MPs. well, to present private member's bill, a party needs only one MP. Reality is that they oppose these law-drafts because their sponsors namely Rockefellar has ordered them to oppose.

My point is --- dont waste time after SoMoKe and CoBhAp. They are one and the same. Instead please publicize law-drafts that can fix India
