Rahul Mehta Gandhinagar LsCandidate

Dear all recallists,
.
Pls download bittorrent.exe and pls study SHA1 hash. And those of you know coding MUST write full code for SHA1 yourself. Sooner or later, along with URL, we will be giving SHA1 hash of the DRAFT we have made. And we should request the voters to send SHA1 hash along with URL.
.
SHA1 is some form of what I have been saying as URN. Please google on URN for more.
.
Why is SHA1 hash necessary along with URL?
