May be act of God, or may be results of years of campaign of recallists, but Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has been convinced (or forced by activist's pressure) to move a draft for "Right to Recall Sarpanch" . The draft is terrible. We have to work hard, and also give newspaper advertisements to ensure that maximal number of voters and activists get a good draft.

But the fact that Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah has been convinced (or forced) to promote RTR proves that it is possible for activists to shake tall leaders , and convince (or force) ALL , yes, each and every one, tall leader to accept a demand, which has merit of becoming popular in committed activists and voters.

Please see following links to see Karanataka CM Siddaramaiah's move on RTR. The draft he has proposed , as expected, is terrible. We need to ensure that EVERY activist and is possible EVERY voter in Karnataka gets a "good" RTR-draft.
