GujCOC bill passed by Gujarat Assembly didnt become law because the then PM MMS ordered Governor not to sign that bill and so the bill didnt the law. Gujarat Assembly later also passed Compulsory voting bill, which didnt become law as the Governor was ordered by MMS not to sign that law.

Any reasons why BJP MLAs in Gujarat arent re-passing these bills?
