We at Right to Recall Group were the first and only ones to oppose "dont fail students till 8th class" policy and we proposed the solution. As our proposals became more and more visible, BJP leader Gulabchand Kataria moves forward to hijack , and DESTROY the issue.

The policy of "dont fail students till 8th class" started in around year 2005 gradually. We at Right to Recall Group have been opposing it since then. No Congress, no BJP and no AAP MP ever opposed it, They have always supported this policy till date. And we were the first one to say that this policy is coming because foreigners are bribing Ministers to bring this policy.

Now more and more people started knowing about this "dont fail till 8th" policy. And more and more people saw that this policy was wrong, and then more and more people also saw that we are the ONLY people opposing it. So our visibility started growing. Just as our visibility had started growing when we demanded that juvenile age should be decreased from 18 years to 14 years for crimes against women.

So to hijack, and destroy, the issue, BJP leaders have finally started speaking against this "no fail till 8th policy" !! Just as BJP MPs also started talking about reducing juvenile age from 18 years to 16 years. We in jan-2013 started asking voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to change juvenile age. Some 10000 voters across India had sent SMS to their MPs. BJP saw that as this movement grows, we will get more and more visibility. And so BJP-MPs hijacked this issue, but destroyed it !!

Now is this an attempt to "hijack and destroy" or "hijack and extend"? Let me explain.

Hijacking issue is not new. Apple hijacked Xerox's GUI concept, Later, Microsoft hijacked it from Apple. Chinese keep hijacking = copying all technology from world. But all these are cases of hijack and extend, i.e. hijacker improved the technology or made it cheaper or made it more available.

In politics, hijack and destroy is more common. eg BJP hijacked and destroyed the Swadeshi movement that was started by Rajiv Dixitjee etc in 1990s. BJP hijacked and destroyed the movement we had started to decrease juvenile age. How? NaMo made a proposal in cabinet and paidmedia wrote as it NaMo has already changed the law !! And so activists got misled by paidmedia and stopped asking voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to reduce juvenile age. They thought that law has changed and so they stopped asking voters to send SMS. IOW, there is no change in the law yet. If BJP MPs were sincere about changing the law, then they would have brought ordinance. Instead, they decided timepass way to send the bill to committees !!

Same way, BJP leaders are now opposing "no fail till 8th class" law. But but what law-drafts did they give to fix education ? NONE. BJP, like AAP and Congress, had been opposing law-drafts such as Right to Recall District Education Officer, RTR State Education Minister, RTR Central Education Minister , Saatya System etc etc.

So whatever public opinion we have generated on "no fail till class-8" may get hijacked, and worse, may also get wasted away as CoBhAp will create no solution to the mess.

Solution I propose is that activists should NOT get swayed away by "mere statements" of leaders and announcements. They focus on law-draft printed by Ministers and law-drafts they refused to print. And they should ONLY focus on private members' bills submitted by MPs and the private member's bill they refuse to submit.
