The orders you can send to MPs via SMS containing url = "internet link", if you wish to get some law-drafts passed such as TCP, RTR-Judge, RTR-PoliceChief, JurySys etc. You may send the url mentioned or you may send the url you wish. But sending url in SMS is must. An SMS without url is noise and useless.
