Recently, policemen in Hyderabad raided a hotel and arrested a 23 year old actress and accused her of commercial sex.

The ones who were arrested had never used violence, never used minors, never cheated anyone, never did any indecent act in public, never did any public nuisance. Yet policemen go and raid them, arrest them, leak the news to paidmedia and defame the actress.

Now policeman get "promotion points" when they raid, arrest and get conviction. But they get zero promotion points for cases like this. Then what were the factors that motivated policemen to take pains and crack down and make arrests? It is very likely , I cant be 100% sure, that the policeman was paid defame the actress by someone rich and/or powerful because of some personal problems.

The episode also shows whats wrong with police. Essentially, citizens have no US like laws to stop police from doing hitjobs.

Its time we bring the law-drafts like RTR Police Chief and Jury System over Policemen to ensure that policeman focus on violent criminals, nuisance makers, cheats etc and not chase non-criminals for after taking bribes. If we had Jury System, the Jurors would have done narcotest

And the reason we dont have law-drafts to restrain policemen is because activists are too busy doing leader-bhakti, slogan shouting, rallying etc.

So I request all activists once again, not to waste time in leader bhakti , slogan shouting etc and instead focus on law-drafts to fix the police.

And whatever this may be of help to the actress, if you are in Telengana where the arrest was made, please order your MLA via SMS to order Telengana Home Minister to expel the policeman who raided the hotel to defame the actress. And if you are outside Telengana, please order MLA to order Home Minister to order all policemen not to do such hitjobs to defame people, or else they will face expulsion.
