1. How RSS-apex cheated anti-reservationists - in 2006, RSS-apex had opposed reservation, giving "hopes" to many anti-reservation youth that RSS-apex will work to remove reservation. And after using them, when demand to remove reservation came from these activists, now RSS-apex says "reservation should stay" !!

2. In 2006, RSS-apex had challanged ram Vilas Paswan to give up reservation benefits as he is no longer poor. Now Mohan Bhagwat refuses to make such demand !!

We have proposed the law-drafts by which resrevation will come down to mere 2% using support of poor dalits. (see chap-8, chap-26 of rahulmehta . com / 301.htm , search on word reservation).

RSS-apex in year 2006 had opposed reservation. RSS-apex had said "Reservation, a ploy to divide Hindus" , (see link in first comment) . RSS-apex had further said " It will affect the efficiency of the talented people in the country" . Next , RSS-apex had said "Will Ramvilas Paswan and those holding high posts in the government offices politely decline the benefits after availing all the benefits and reaching the creamy layer section, ...

IOW, before election, RSS-apex used anti-reservation youth by giving them fake hopes that RSS is anti-reservation and will work to remove reservation. Thus it used anti-reservation youth to work for BJP on facebook and elsewhere. Now that it isnt possible for BJP to remove reservation, RSS-apex takes 180 degree turn , and says "reservation should stay". IOW, RSS-apex made fool out of anti-reservation youth !! Very cunning, Very slimy. Is it "dharmic"? not IMO, but then you have guys know more about dharm then I do . I confine to simple rustic "say same truth to all , all the time" idea.

For Parliament election, SC/ST/OBC were less needed as they are fragmented at national levels. But at state levels they are cohesive. So in 2006 and later, RSS gave an anti-reservation posture to attract anti-reservation youth. Now that state elections are coming and OBC votes are more important, RSS-apex is changing sides.

Reservation is mess. And solution I propose is law-drafts by which the reservation will decrease from 50% to mere 2%. Please see link in the second comment. But last persons to solve these problems will be leaders of Congress, BJP , AAP or RSS. They will just milk the issue from both sides. Sometimes, they will side with anti-reservation and then they will side with reservation.
