The husband of Tara Shahdeo should be narcotested in public under Jury Trial. And let Jury decide the acquittal, guilt and punishment. But instead of solving this and 1000s of such problems, all SoNoKe, SoNo-Andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers want is vote generating drum beating !!!

IOW, the case should be focused at deciding procedure to decide exact guilt and punishing the criminal. And same procedure should be applied for all complaints. One of the suggestions I have made that in case of complaints of crimes against women, the accused must be sujected to Jury Trial and Jury may decide to narcotest the accuse in secret or public or both. AND IF ACCUSED IS FOUND COMPLETELY INNOCENT , then the complainer woman should be given option of giving narcotest. And if complainer accepts or rejects the narcotest , and based on result the Jurors should decide punishment.

And same procedure should be applied whether it is case of Tara Shahdeo, or some Minister's son in Karnataka who is being accused, or case of Prity Zinta or any case. In fact, if any allegation comes on me, within second, I would ask policemen to take my narcotest in PUBLIC (not confidential narcotest) in front of a Jury. If a person, be guilty or complainer, is true to what he said, then why should he be afraid of narcotest in public?

The fear of narcotest will deter criminals , as well as deter accused from filing wrong case.

But instead of reducing crimes, and punish criminals, SoMoKe have converted tragedies like Tara Shahdeo, Karnataka case etc into vote generating drum beating !! The problem can go to hell, complainer can go to hell, the accused may get rightly punished or wrongly punished, facts can go to hell. 1000s of similar cases , where accused may be Hindu or Muslims or anyone, can all go to hell. Just beat drums in a way that channelized natural and rightful anger into one direction --- vote , vote and vote.

Here we should see why SoNoKe are opposing narcotest before Jury. Because narcotest before Jury would reduce the problem !!! And if problem reduces, then vote wont come !! So let 1000 more problems come. More problems, more anger, more votes. Solutions can all go to hell.

The request to activists is ---

1. There are 1000s of such right and wrong cases 00 Tara Shahdeo, the lady in Karnataka who is rightly or falsely accusing Railway Minister's son and even cases like Printy Zinta, which is about verbal and first degree physical abuse in public.
.
2. You or me or anyone cant PERSONALLY check all facts in all cases even if we spend 10 life times. We i.e. voters of India must divide the work.
.
3. The Jury System, narcotest in public etc are the way to divide the work and also dig out the facts/
.
4. CoBhAp-apex etc want to convert this into vote generating drumbeating and not reducethe problem.
.
5. SoMoKe, SoMoKe-andhbhagats, CoBhAp-apex, ChoBhApSwaRa-workers dont want JurySys and narcotest in public as this will solve problem, and cut away their vote generating oppurtunity.
.
I request you all NOT to beat CoBhAp and SoMoKe drums and instead publicize the LAW-DRAFTS like JurySys and narcotest in public . That will reduce the problem in times to come. And moment you start publicizing these law-drafts, SoMoKe-andhbhagats etc will start dumping you, and that will automatically reduce your time waste.

So please publicize the law-drafts that will reduce this mess.
