NaMo's universal banking scheme shows power of "law-drafts" and power of Govt Notification --- NaMo printed law-draft and GN that banks can open "restricted" account without reference and without paper proofs !! And with that, banks were able to provide accounts to crores of people.

Most SoMoKe-supporters and CoBhApSwaRa-workers ridicule the very concept of law-draft. As per them, nothing can be done by printing necessary GNs. Well consider JDY = Jan Dhan Yojana. At core, it is nothing but NaMo printed a GN -- that banks can open account without reference and without documents..The account will have restricted facilities. And by printing one GN, banks were able to provide accounts to crores of citizens.

All in all, NaMo didnt create those crores of accounts -- the 7 lakh bank employees did. Why couldnt these 7 lakh bank employees create account for crores of voters before? Because law-drafts printed by Sonia, ABV etc required banks to obtain reference and paper proofs. The crores of people had no reference and no paper proofs. And so they could not open accounts. Sonia/ABV refused to print law-drafts to enable people to open accounts.

Since ages, many activists have been insisting that FinMin should print law-draft that one can open "restricted" bank account with just fingerprint, and no ID, no reference. And the bank can scan his finger print and take his pictures, and open his account. We requested many activists etc to send orders to MPs via SMS to print such GN. But most activists insisted on SoMoKe-bhakti and refused to send such orders via SMS. So GN didnt come and poor could not open bank account.

The only useful part in JDY is bank account. Other than that, life insurane , accident insurance, Rs 5000 loan, Rs 30000 loan etc will never happen. The bank account will enable Indian and foreign banks to give loans to 100s of millions of poor, at 3% to 4% interest, which is a bargain for these poor.

Now by merely printing law-draft, that Mineral Royalties should be directly deposited in these accounts, poverty can be removed within 3 months. Thats the power of law-draft. I am hoping that activists will now end their SoMoKe-bhakti and instead focus on sending orders to MPs via SMS to print law-draft , to deposit land rent from Govt plots, mineral royalty, spectrum royalty etc directly into citizens accounts, so that poverty can be reduced in just 3 months,

If this mineral royalty law-draft isnt printed, then poverty will remain for long time to come. And then more and more poor will end up taking loans from foreign banks, which will drastically increase forex debt and repatriation commitment on India. Also, it is necessary to print law-draft to stop entry of foreign banks into India.

Hoepfully, now SoMoke-bhagats will appreciate the usefulness and need of law-drafts, and focus on law-drafts and reduce bhakti. Otherwise, NaMo cant print all law-drafts needed,. He has neither time nor strength to print all these law-drafts. Otherwise, a few improvements hear and there, the downhill ride will go on.
