BJP\NaMo dont want to reduce the problem of violence in UP , but they only want to collect votes using it, and make things worse.

BJP UP president Laxmikant Vajpayee says "“Have they got the certificate to rape girls because they belong to a particular religion?” , which is not a question, but a statement against all muslims and also against islam. And unless proven, we must assume that NaMo had ordered BJP UP President Laxmikant to make this statement.

Now also note --- BJP MPs never demanded 10 times increase in number of courts, never demanded law-drafts to reduce corruption in police , judges and never demanded 2 child law-draft in past 60 years as govt bill or private member's bill.

IOW, the decisions and indecisions of NaMo\BJP since 1951 to 2002 to present day are same as decision and indecisions of Congress\Sonia since 1951 to 1998 to today, and same as what AAP\AK did and did not do from apr-2011 to today. They are

1. Do not increase number of courts to ten times, and dont also put private members' bill to demand increase number of courts to 10 times. So courts remain slow , criminals get encouraged and commit more crimes.

2 Do not print law-drafts to reduce corruption in police, govt lawyers and judges such as Right to Recall police chief, RTR-judges, RTR public prosecutor , Jury System etc so that violent crimes keep rising
.
3. Raise age of juvenile from 16 years to 18 years so that crime on women tripple !!! This step was taken by ABV, Arun shourie and Jetley in year 2001

4. Refuse to print ORDINANCE to reduce age of juvenile from 18 years to 16 years.

5. Oppose Jury Trials on crimes against women, and

And then make loud cries about violence on women, make it political cum religious issue , collect votes and then forget about it !! The way Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya , Krishna Janam Bhoomi Devalaya, Kashi Vishvanath Devalaya issues were used to collect votes, and the way cow issue was used to milk votes.

Solution I propose is that activists should focus on SOLUTIONS and NOT mindless war cries. The solution is (a) increase number of courts to 10 times (b) print law-drafts like Jury System (c) print law-drafts like RTR judges, RTR police chiefs,. (d) reduce juvenile age to 14 years for crimes against women etc etc . Please ask voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to print the above law-drafts, Pls dont waste time after SoMoKe and CoBhApSwaRa . They want voted and dont want any solutions.

And what is worse is that --- while BJP-leaders and NaMo make war cries, which will push India closer to civil war and also war with Pakistan, BJP leaders and NaMo are making no attempts to give weapons to ALL citizens to deal with such conditions. And BJP leaders and NaMo are also not taking any real steps like Jury System to improve weapon manufacturing in India without FDI. All we see is FDI, FDI and more FDI, which means in event of war with Pakistan, we will become more and more dependent on West. And so when West invades us, we will be sitting duck.

War with Pakistan is 100% surity and we must prepare for it , and war with China is also x% sure, where x can 10 or 50, if not 100. And we must prepare for this war, and we should NOT deter from steps that may cause war. eg many say that we should go slow on "2 child policy" as that can give excuse to Pakistan to start war. I say, that if law-drafts like "2 child law" can bring war next week, then lets pass that law TODAY and start preparing for war as well. But twe should prepape for war without this FDI-means, which will make us sitting ducks when West invades. The solution I propose is massive manufacturing of guns and B-grade weapons , kind of weapons which were used in ww2 and till 1980s. We can make such weapons within 1-2 years without FDI and with Jury System, we can make advanced weapons in about 5 years.

All in all, war is coming. And all decisions we make should take war into account, but FDI based war preparations are pointless
