Is bullock slaughter legal in Goa?

Can someone in GOA verify first hand? Please dont comment unless you are from Goa and have first hand knowledge.

Goa High Court judges had banned bullock slaughter in april-2013. And BJP's CM Manohar Parricker with permission of NaMo and Mohan Bhagawat , had asked High Court judges to remove the ban and LEGALISE slaughter of bullocks in Goa !! (see link in first comment). What is the status now?
