I propose following law-draft ---- each person should have one INHERITABLE non-saleable non-transferable vote , and vote of person will decrease if he has more than two children , and weight of his children's vote will also decrease. And why SoMoKe, SoMoKe-andhbhagats CoBhApSwaRa-workers oppose this law-draft?

To implement the law-draft I am proposing, voting will need to made open and transparency will have to end. In the Right to Recall law-draft I have proposed, voting is open anyway.

The mechanism is ---
.
1. As of now, each citizen will have vote of value 1
.
2. If a person has zero or one child or two , value of his vote will be 1
.
3. If a person has N = 3 or more children, then value of his vote will decrease become 2/N. i.e. for 3 children , it will become 0.67 , for N = 4 it will be 0.25 etc. For N >5 , it will be zero.

4. The children get lesser vote and get delayed voting age. eg if a person's father had N1 children and mother had N2 children (can be from previous marriage), then his sibbling count will be N = (N1 + N2)/2 , which can be fractional.

5. If person has one or less sibbling, he voting age will be 18 years and votes weight will be 1. If his sibbling count is N > 2, then his voting age will be (18 + N/2*5 years) rounded off to nearest integer. eg say he has 2 brothers. Then voting age will be 23 years. If he has 3 brothers, then voting age will be (18 + 1.5 * 5) = 25.5 years = 26 years. and so forth.

5.And value of persons vote will 1/N. So if he has one sibbling or less, value of of his vote will be 1 . If he has 2 brothers, then value of vote will be 1/2 = 0.5. etc. And if he has no sibbling, then value of his vote will be 2

6. If a person is childless and dies, then his vote will be go as per his will or to his next of kin.

ONLY the births happened after the law is passed will be counted.

Now SoMoKe , SoMoKe -andbhagats , and CoBhApSwaRa have opposed this law-draft.. The main reason being --- SoMoKe heavily depend on paidmedia , and a big part of that is funded is by Saudi Arabia.. So SoMoKe have no option but to oppose this law-draft. And SoMoKe-andbhagats, given their andhbhakti, also oppose whatever SoMoKe opposed. And CoBhApSwaRa-workers are all mostly andbhagats and nothing more. And so they also oppose this law-draft.

Once TCP is printed in the Gazette, the law-draft to reduced population growth can be easily printed in the Gazette.
