The data from paper on which census workers had written census-2011 data has been entered into PC and paper has been scanned. But now the paper copy has been destroyed !! The data in PC and scanned image can be easily fixed to reflect a lower % of Bangladeshis , Muslims, Christians and higher % of Hindus. Solution? Take new census.

Census workers used to visit each home and fill out some 60 question sheet. That paper was desposited at Tahsil office. Data from paper record was entered server at census office in Delhi. Later, all paper copies were were scanned on to server in Delhi office. Now paper copies have been purged i.e. destroyed.

Now unless MD5 hash of scanned copies was taken, and stored separately, the scanned images can be easily tempered. And data in census too can be easily tempered, unless MD5 hash of each record was taken and stored separately. I doubt if such secure mechanism was used.

Now paper copies have been destroyed before release of religion/language data. IOW, if someone tempers religion\language fields in the data and in the scanned images, then there is nothing to back check it against !!

Now chances are that the data will get tempered to show lower % of Bangladeshi , Christians, Muslims and higher % of hindus.. Thats because if the data shows that % of Christianity has increased from 1.5% to 6%, even in Gujarat, then it would drastically tarnish image of NaMo. Further, a debate on conversion will do imense damage to FDI, and data world worldwide shows that FDI increases dominance of US-Euro elitemen and US-Euro elitemen use their economic domination to erase local religions. This will make whole environment anti-FDI. So either data release has to be delayed OR it has to be released after it has been tempered !!!

All in all, if a data which has been suppressed by ALL political heads across parties since 2012, comes in aug-2014, then that data should be assumed as tempered. If not, what was the good reason for all political heads to hide this data?

Solution I propose is that we activists request all 82 crore voters to order MPs via SMS to order HomeMinister to order a new census. And new census should have same fields as census-2001 and no more.

And the census data should be directly disclosed by gram/ward office , and NOT by Central offices. At local level , data tempering is lesser problems as one can manipulate lakhs of workers involved in data gathering. But if data is collected and sent to central office before release, then data can be tempered very easily by just a few persons at the top.
