Solution : Chhatisgadh voters should order their MLAs via SMS to expel speaker, and impose a fine equal to costs of ACs, and ask him to take all ACs with him. First, let me say that I am ASSUMING that news reports which say that Chattisgadh Assembly leader has installed 48 ac using Govt money. If he has installed ac using his own money, then I have NO problem at all.

Now NaMo-andhbagats will ask me to give proof that NaMo approved it. Well, you said that NaMo is all capable and so you opposed Right to Recall speaker law-draft. So ball is in YOUR court,. You get statement from NaMo that he opposes this ac installation and what he plans to do about it.

Let me add on this "an all powerful person is guilty till proven innocent, only mere mortal is innocent till proven guilty".

Way back when NaMo-andhbhagats were asking all to vote for NaMo, I had asked them to shout a slogan --- "poree BJP bekar, ab ke baar Modi sarkar", Because every BJP leader , except perhaps NaMo, is some carbon copy of some Congressi. IOW, NaMo regime can be no different from Congress regime except 1% change NaMo as person can bring. But NaMo-andhbhagats told us all a fairy tale that "NaMo is all powerful and moment NaMo becomes PM, within 24 hours he would fix BJP and so we voters need NOT worry about the problem of corruption in BJP-leaders. .

Well, over 40% voters voted for BJP + NDA i.e. NaMo. So NaMo now has eveything voters could have given. And still he cant even discipline even BJP leaders, forget govt staff? Or is it that he approved installation of 40 AC?

If NaMo is weak, then why do YOU NaMo-andhbhagats oppose law-drafts to improve administration, such as RTR-speaker? .

Anyway, SOLUTION I propose is that activists should reqiest Chhatisgadh voters to order MLAs via SMS to expel Speaker ASAP. and ask him to take all 48 ACs, and impose fine equal to price of that 48 ACs. And long term solution is Right to Recall speaker via a procedure similar to RTR-CM (see section-6.8 of rahulmehta.com / 301.htm ).

Here too, SoMoKe , SoMoKe-andhbhagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers are opposing this SMS -ordering as well as RTR-Speaker. What solution do they propose? I dont know? May be 100% FDI in Assembly is the solution they would like !!

All in all, I request ALL activists to get this basic fact that leader-andhbhakti such as NaMo-andhbhakti or AK-andhkhakti or Sonia-andhbhakti is useless. All humans have ONLY 24 hours in a day. And within that 24 hours = 86400 seconds, they can take at most 864 decisions a day, while running a country needs 100000s of decisions per day across nation, states, districts. So solution is law-drafts by which less bad decisions can come without tall leaders' approvals. These law-drafts are RTR, JurySys, TCP, DDMRCAM, wealth tax etc. Or you might want to ask andhbhagats of SoMoKe to provide law-drafts. Only ;law-drafts they have are 100% FDI , slogan shouting, cap wearing etc.
