(1) Salman Khan's case, shows why Congress = BJP = AAP = Sonia = NaMo = AK = RSS-workers = BST-workers are all useless and timepass, and ONLY the Right to Recall Group activists make some sense.

(2) Only RRG activists had demanded Jury Trial and narco-tests in public on all high profile cases. Congress, BJP, AAP all opposes narco-tests in public. .

(3) How Salman's new friendship with NaMo\BJP helped him in settling the case and what political benefit BJP\NaMo got from it.

(4) AAP = AK would have done the same --- no different. Proof : AAPians refused to demand Jury Trials and narco-test in public in the hit and run case involving Mukesh Ambani's son. And even today, AAP = AK is opposed to Jury Trial and narco-tests in public.So solution isnt AK, but RTR-judge and Jury System law-drafts.

Since 1998, I have have been campaigning that judge system is a 100% farce because some 90% judges from lower court to supreme care only about promotion, transfer, are also, corrupt, nepotic and have nexuses with lawyers, criminals, elitemen etc. And solution is Jury System and Right to recall judges law-drafts. Later, in around 2007, I added narco-test in public. And Congress = BJP = AAP = Sonia = NaMo = AK have always opposed Right to recall judge procedure draft, opposed Jury system and also opposed narco-tests of high profile accused in public in death\murder case, rape cases, high corruption cases etc.

Salman's case isnt case of murder, which is why I would settle for only 10 years in prison. It is case of pre-meditated serious callousness, which is borne out of "I am rich and politically well connected, whatTH can you do against me !!" type arrogance. And well, he is right --- he can indeed get away !!! Not all rich have such arrogance. In fact, 90% rich are quite polite in their lives. But some 10% rich get very high on their arrogance and actually, and may be rightly, believe that they can bump off anyone on the road, and judge will acquit him.

Salman's case from day one has been case of hit and run and bribery. The bribery is cash, and also from the fact that many Ministers, IAS, IPS, judges etc had invested in his movies and so didnt want Salman to end in prison. Salman's movies were money maker for all these investor. And most had become Minister, IAS. IPS, judge etc only to make more money. So no wonder, they were "sympathetic" to Salman Khan.

The accident happened on 27-sep-2002. IPS ordered junior policemen to arrest Salman as late as possible, so that alcohol in his blood decreases to as low as possible. So instead of arresting him same night, IPS had arrested him late next day. This pattern is common in all rich drunk driving cases. The IPS would take bribe, and arrest the kid after several long hours so that alcohol level in blood goes down.

After that, the Constable Ravindra Patil who was in the car that Salman was driving started getting threat calls. Finally in he passed away in 2007 due to TB, and many say that TB germs of fatal types were injected in him. Till his death, the judge didnt spare time to take his deposition and allow cross examination on him. And since he died without criss examination, his testimony can now be dismissed.

And now after 12 years , the judge finds time to tale testimony of second witness. But only after the witness has agreed not to depose against Salman !! Very interesting choice of timing by the judges.

Now Salman Khan and his father Salim Khan had become NaMo\BJP supporter. This helped Salman in getting away How? Because Congressmen are on side of Salman anyway. But if BJP\Sena decide to take Salman Khan's case issue, then they can create quite a hell which will force prosecution and judge to act properly,. So Salman needed to purchase silence of BJP\Sena workers. And so this, Salim Khan and Salman Khan supported BJP\NaMo, This reduced consolidation of Muslim votes against BJP. So Salman's deal with BJP\NAMo is that NJP-leaders and NaMo will ensure that BJP\Sena\RSS-activists will go easy on cases against Salman. And in return, Salman Khan and Salim Khan will praise NaMo. IOW, BJP\NaMo sold for support of Salman Khan's hit and run case to return for "Congress getting lesser Muslim votes". Well, thats how politics has been for past 10000 years. So the day Salman Khan flew kites with NaMo, and the day Salman Khan used his sophistry and elegant lingo to praise NaMo, they were just another day in the never ending history of "give and take" .

Now before AAPians take out their guns, let me remind me them why AK = Congress. Recently, Mukesh Ambani's son was alleged to have been involved in a similar hit and run case. At that time, your great leader AK refused to demand Jury trial and narco-tests in public on the key accused and some small time driver who later came and confessed the crime. Why did AK oppose Jury Trial narco-tests in public? Because if narco-tests in public method gets acceptance, then one day Jindal too may end up going narcotests and that will expose Jundal's links with AK. So AK is also "teri bhi chup , meri bhi chup", no different from Congressi, except that he shouts "Lokpal Swaraj etc etc"

So Congress = BJP = AAP = Sonia = NaMo = AK . Now THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT SOLUTION DOES NOT EXIST.

The mess of such acquittals and sell outs can be reduce by Jury System, and law drafts like Right to Recall judges, RTR prosecuotr and RTR police chiefs law-drafts. Such hit and run cases in USA are relative much much lesser ONLY because citizens in USA have Jury System, Right to recall judges, RTR Police Chief, RTR district public prosecutors etc etc.

So Solution I propose is that we activists should shun Congress = BJP = AAP = Sonia = NaMo = AK = RSS = BST and work to inform activists and voters about law-drafts such as Jury System, Right to recall Police Commissioner, RTR Public Prosecutor. RTR Supreme judges, RTR lower judges etc etc. And if you like these law-drafts, then I would request you not to waste time with RSS-workers, BST-workers, BJP-workers, Congress-workers, NaMo-andhbhagats, AAP-workers, AK-andhbhagats etc. These people oppose these law-drafts , which is why they are in Congress, BJP, AAP etc. Please dont waste time with these people, and please work to publicize these drafts. And please convince voters to send orders to MPs via SMS to print these law-drafts in Gazette.
