1. NaMo gives approvals to Chinese Industrial Parks. i.e. Chinese will get several plots across India of sizes running 100s of acres , where ONLY Chinese can setup factories !!! Most Indian courts will have jurisdiction, but some Indian courts such as Indian labor courts, PF laws etc have no jurisdiction there. !!! More details will come on after during budget speeches. And AK, Sonia are supporting this move.

1. NaMo hands over 5 huge plots inside India to Chinese
.
Please see link in first comment. The Business Standard newspaper says that NaMo has given approval to Chinese to set up 5 industrial parks across India. One such park's approval has already been given all approvals in Gujarat. In these industrial parks, a huge chunk of land , running into 1000-more acres is given to Chinese. The details are yet to come. But here are some possibilities.. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOLLOWING ARE THE POSSIBILITIES

(a) whatever profits Chinese companies make here, GoI will have to give the dollars for profits in return !!

(b) If the decide to keep profits in India, then that profit will be tax exempt
.
(c) ONLY Chinese can setup factories there.
.
(d) If an Indian wishes to setup factory, restaurant or anything,, then that Indian will need permission of Chinese body which "owns" that plot.
.
(e) And inside that plot, all municipal services such as water, roads, internal buses, garbage, sewere etc will be run by Chinese companies.

(f) The Municipalities will have no jurisdiction and can collect property taxes there !!

(g). And they wont need to pay stamp duty to State Govt for internal sales !!

(h) While jurisdiction of most Indian courts will apply, many courts such as labor courts etc will have NO jurisdiction in these plots as these plots will be exempt from labor laws , PF laws etc etc.

Again, please note that exact details of how how "free" these plots will be are yet to come. Above are based on previous deals Govt of Gujarat and Govt of India made with Industrial Parks in Gujarat and rest of India.

Now Indian factory owners will have to bear burden of labor laws, PF laws income tax, stamp duty, municipal taxes, excise etc. And he will have to work under Municipal laws wrt construction etc. And in most cases, he will get poor usual poor municipal services of roads, public buses etc. So there is no way he can be as productive as the factory owners in these foreign industrial parks. So he will he die out or will have to make partnerships with foreign companies.

Solutions I propose are - (a) uniform laws for foreigners as well as Indian factory owners (b) print law-drafts to reduce inefficiencies of Indian factory owners , law-drafts such as Jury System, TCP, RTR, DDMRCAM, Wealth tax , Inheritance tax, repeal VAT, repeal GST, repeal Service Tax etc etc. I have discussed all this in chap-20 of rahulmehta.com / 301.htm .

2. Ukraine rents away 5% of its land to Chinese !!

Please google on "Ukraine China land". Please also see links in first comment of this status. It says "Under the 50-year plan, China would eventually control three million hectares ... which represents nine per cent of Ukraine's arable land. Initially 100,000 hectares would be leased. The farmland in the eastern Dnipropetrovsk region would be cultivated principally for growing crops and raising pigs. The produce will be sold at preferential prices to Chinese state-owned conglomerates, said the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp (XPCC), a quasi-military organisation also known as Bingtuan"

GoI has already started giving away plots to Chinese , Japanese etc in the name of Industrial Parks. These plots are only of size of "few"thousand acres. Lets hope that GoI doesnt do a Ukraine in India !!
