1. NaMo has ordered Gujarat CM to give complete VAT exemption to Japanese car maker Suzuki in Gujarat,. The order is behind the curtain and unofficial. NaMo may also give income tax exemption to Japanese companies. And this trend will force ALL state govts to give VAT exemptions to Japanese and foreign companies. So Congress started "gora pays no tax, desi pays all taxes" in 1992 using Maritius route and extended it to FDI and everywhere. And NaMo is now making it "gora and japata pays no tax, desi pays all taxes" . Looks like Swadeshi means "Asian" for him. Well, to me Swadeshi means "ALL companies pay same tax rate and videshi pay a bit higher , because desi companies bear threat of external invasion, while videshi dont". Or, in worst case, "all companies pay same tax rate".

Not only Suzuki wont have to pay VAT, it will also not suffer immense harassment VAT rules . So Suzuki will make progress at a faster rate than Indian companies and Indian companies will NOT be able to compete. Now say an Indian company is making some auto parts. Say Suzuki starts making same parts. Then parts of Suzuki will be 12% cheaper due to no VAT, and due to lesser VAT-hassles, it will be be further 1% cheaper,. So Suzuki's final selling price will be ;lesser and so Indian company will die or get taken-over.

Now every econonmist is a paid economist. And so all economists say that tax exemption increases growth. This is nonsense. When A is not taxed, it means B is taxed at higher rate. Because if A was taxed, then tax rate on A and B would have both decreased by some points. So when A isnt taxed, he can higher more employees, but since B is overtaxed, his ability to hire employees decreased. So tax benefits increases no new jobs etc.

The reason why tall leaders want to give tax exemption to big companies rather than reduce tax on ALL small\big companies is because (a) the big companies own more paidmedia can give more paidmedia coverage to tall leaders,. (b) it is easy to collect huge bribes from few big companies than collect small bribes from 1000s of small companies.

All in all, lets NOT get swayed away by arguments of paid economists that tax benefits increase jobs etc.

SOLUTION : Solutions I propose are TCP (section-1.3 of rahulmehta . com/301.htm ), RTR-CM (section-6.8), and law-draft to impose same taxes on all companies (see chap-25) . Most RSS-workers, most BJP-workers, most BST-workers, all AAP-workers and all Congress-workers are all opposed to TCP, RTR, uniform tax on all companies etc. Some BST-workers and all AAP-workers even support zero capital gains tax on Mauritius companies !! The only political group in India working to bring TCP, RTR and uniform tax rate on all companies is Right to Recall Group. Please join RTR group. see link in my profile. 2. Is AAP making inroads in SGPC and Golden Temples?

Many Sikhs\Hindus are rightly upset with rampant corruption, pro-land-mafia-tendencies and pro-drug-mafia-tendencies in Punjab's BJP, SAD , Congress. And AAP is coming as very promising (pseudo) solution thanks to mnc-paidmedia.

Now to Sikhs, SGPC elections as important as, and perhaps more important than, State Assembly and National Parliament elections. In SGPC elections, Most sikhs in SGPC election have been voting for SAD. Congress has tried to make inroads into SGPC using other fronts, but Congress always failed. SAD was once a sagely group. SAD-men freed Gurudwara from Britishers's puppets Udasi Mahant in 1920s. Back then , they were part of Singh Sabha, and later they formed SAD. But today, SAD is corrupt, pro-land-mafia and also pro-drug-mafia. A group of AAPians (*) are posturing as a promising solution in SGPC. All in all, there is possibility that anti-India forces in AAP, by posturing themselves as solution to drugs , mafiagiri etc, will take over SGPC, Punjab assembly etc.

The nationalists in Punjab keep putting BJP\SAD\NaMo as solution. NaMo was successful in UP etc because of UPites (rightly) saw that NaMo will provide 24 hour electricity, provide roads and control islamist violence. . Now these three problems dont exist in Punjab.. So NaMo-magic didnt fetch many votes in Punjab. And it wont fetch any votes in Assembly and SGPC elections. So I think nationalists will fail in Punjab, unless the Nationalists think of a better option.

The nationalists IMO have two options --- either they create a TRUE solution to drug-corruption problem, OR they create a promising pseudo-solution. Now convincing millions of voters that pseudo-solution is a true solution requires paidmedia and nationalist dont have paidmedia. And the true solution to corruption, drug mafia, land mafia will do immense damage to BJP\SAD in Punjab and will also do immense damage to BJP\NaMo across India. If a true solution to corruption, mafia etc emerges, then BJP will lose as many as half of its votes to that true solution.

So nationalists in Punjab and across India are confused. They want a method that will beat AAP, and should do zero damage to BJP. IMO, such a solution does NOT exist. So nationalists are paralysed due to confusion, and during same time AAP keeps moving ahead in Punjab and many parts of India, where corruption, liquor, drugs, land mafia etc are bigger problems, and areas which already have 24 hour electricity, good roads and low islamist violence.

SOLUTION : The solution I propose is that nationalists in Punjab should dump BJP, RSS, BST-workers, SAD etc and and they should inform voters than AAP is pseudo-solution. And finally, they MUST create a better solution. Here , I can NOT offer much help. I have no base in Punjab as of now. Those in Punjab may try to create a Right to Recall Group like setup in Punjab.

3. Indian banks in USA are giving counter guarantee to dollars loans taken by Indian companies in USA !! Due to this and other factors. dollars loans on Indian companies are rising. They have no capacity to raise exports. So these companies will soon find it impossible to pay dollars on their own, and so either sell out of Wester companies, or ask GoI to provide dollars,. GoI has debt of $ 300 billion and reserves of just $ 300 billion , and there is FDI of $350 billion, which may demand retaptriation of profits and capital. So GoI too doesnt have sufficient dollars,. So either Indian companies will sell out of foreigners or GoI will have to sell away PSUs , minerals to foreigners, or take debt/FDI and postpone crisis to next govt. Or we can improve mamufacturing capacities and increase exports, but that isnt happening. In fact, India's share in manufacturing inside India is declining.

SOLUTION : solution I propose is to setup Wohlly owned by Indians = WOI companies (please search for word WOIC in rahulmehta . com / 301.htm ), WOIC cant sell shares to foreigners and cant take debt in dollars. This will ensure that certain portion if Indian economy cant be obtained by foreigners using legal means i.e. means other than war. And finally, long term solution is improve manufacturing without FDI , using TCP, RTR, DDMRACAM, JurySys etc. Now agains, most-RSS-workers, most-BST-workers, all BJP-workers, all-Congress-workers, all-AAPians etc oppose these law-drafts. And they all also support Indian companies taking debt in dollars. So if you are Swadeshi, please dont waste time with workers of BJP\BST\RSS\AAP\Congress. They are all one and the same --- just slogans differ. Please joing Right to Recall Group. 4. NaMo decides to sell away Govt's 30% shares in Hindustan Zinc Linited to Indians private companies, and the foreigners !!

In jun-2013, I had made video on AAP (which cross 4 lakh hits in youtube and lakhs more in WhatsApp) in which I had said that MNC-owners will use threat of vote cutting and force NaMo to accept MNC-owners demands . One demand of MNC-owners (see chap-20) is to takeover Indian minerals. In mar-2013, NaMo must have accepted all MNC-owners demands which is why paidmedia after mar-2013 started favoring NaMo and started unfavoring AK. And now we see 100% FDI in defence, railways, newspapers and everything.

Well, here is one more --- NaMo has announced selling away of Govt share in Hindustan Zinc.. The buyers will be Indians for now, but eventually, it will pass in the hands of foreigners. Hindustan Zinc has long term zinc mineral mining rights in India. So with HZL, mineral rights over Zinc will also pass to foreigners.

Zinc mining is low-tech, and zinc mines are shallow and open pit. Zinc refining is also low tech, unless one wants extra purity zinc, which is ultra-tech,. But overall , HZL is low-tech company. Selling away low-tech company to foreigners doesnt benefit India in anyway.

Upto 2002, HZL was 100% Govt owned, In 20023, ABV, LKA, Shourie and Jetley decided to sell away 51% HZL to Setrlite at throwaway prices, which was later taken over Vedanta. Vedanta is a British company !!! And now sterlite onws 70% of HZL. And with NaMo's decision to sell away 30% of HZL shares owned by GoI, HZL will officially may become 100% foreign company.

SOLUTION : Solution I propose is TCP and DDMRCAM , and RTR over all PSU Chairman such as HZL Chairman, ONGC Chairman etc. And keep all mineral mines and refining 100% under PSUs and companies owned by Indians i.e. WOIC (for WOIC , pls see rahulmehta . com/301.htm ). . Now RSS-workers, BST-workers, AAPians, Congress-workers and BJP-workers have all refused to give newspaper advertisements to stop entry of foreigners in mineral mining business. They have different slogans, but have same core. So if YOU want to stop mineral mines from going into the hands of forigners, then please dont waste time with Congress-workers, BJP-workers, AAP-workers, RSS-workers and BST-workers.
