Which law-drafts can reduce liquor consumption in Punjab, Gujarat as well as India? And why do AAP/Congress/BJP leaders oppose this law-drafts?

The theme of the law is -- kill the coolness of lqiuor without banning alcohol !! How can that be done?
.
1. Print TCP in Gazette . For TCP-draft, please see section-1.3 in rahulmehta . com / 301.htm

2. Using TCP , pass a law to ban foreign liquor in India.
.
3. Indian liquor companies will be requires to add 1 ml of bitterness agent , 1ml of onion juice and 1 ml of other chemicals which reduce aggressiveness and sexual urges per 100 ml of liquor. Basically, this will make liquor bitter, have very poor taste and remove all the coolness, So alcohol addicts will drink, but non addicts will not find it much worthy.

4. Indian liquor will NOT require any liccense but ONLY registration. So so many liquor companies will come, that profits will go down and they wont have money for advertisements or promote liquor in movies

5 The liquor companies will have to use black colored thin acralic bottles with standard shape and only 5 sizes -- 50 ml , 100 ml, 200 ml, 500 ml and 1000 ml. So all bottles of all companies will have same color and sizes, and one of the five sizes.

6. Liquor can be taken ONLY inside homes or inside hotel rooms, but not in bar or hotel dining areas or anywhere else

7. Liquor wont sold at shops can will be only home delivered.

8. the liquor making companies. will have ONLY 5 digit numbers and their brands will be three numbers . eg Kingfisher will have to change its name to say "10090" and its bandname will be "1" or "2" . And no water or anything can have such brand. So advertisement will become come to ACTUAL end. And aura of liquor will fade.

9. Using TCP, legalize opium in a ward\village if people of that ward/village want opium to be legal . Opium is less harmful than liquor and is cheaper, less addictive, less damaging

10 Alcohol can be made ONLY from sugarcane and no other fruit etc. So now all liquor will have same taste and so drinkers will lose charm.

IOW, above laws will take "fashion" or "cooleness" away from liquor. And so sup[ply of new addicts will reduce,.The existing addicts will drink just enough so that they get the alcohol their body needs, but due to bitter/foul taste agents added, they will also reduce consumption. And once bottles have same design, company names are numbers, the branding will fade.

A law to ban liquor backfires as addict want liquor at any cost and become willing to pay 10 times more. So finally, only people to benefit from ban are criminals, policemen, judges, MLAs and Ministers. And the addict loses. And alcohol becomes available despite ban. So ban the "coolness of liquor, dont ban alcohol per say".

Finally, tax on lqiuor should be low, as much as normal food like 10%, so that it doesnt ruin economy of poor addicts. Reducing cost does NOT increase consumption. And again, voters can change tax rates using TCP.

Now Congress\BJP leaders oppose these law-drafts because many make tons of money from liquor. And AAP-leaders want to get into that business. So they also have opposed the law-draft like law to make additions of bitterness agents in liqour compulsory.

BST-workers and RSS-workers also oppose these laws by saying "we want complete ban on liquor". And next minute, they will support BJP MPs, of whom some 75% are liquor addicts, eg in Gujarat, except NaMo, some 50% BJP MLAs are liquor addicts. I dont mind BJP MLAs' taking liquor. I (the author - Rahul Chimanbhai Mehta) dont take liquor, but I dont demand that world should NOT drink. But IMO one must oppose MPs who oppose laws to reduce liquor consumption. But RSS-workers and BST-workers insist on campaigning for BJP-workers who promote liquor consumption, and then they beat "de-aadicion drums".

So those who want liquor consumption to reduce should dump useless organizations like BJP, Congress, AAP, RSS, BST etc and should join Right to Recall Group. Please see link in my profile.
