AK's jail-drama is a runaway success - thanks to paidmedia support and inaction BJP-leaders. Solution I propose is : activists should seriously work on solutions like RTR, Jurysys etc.

AK called Nitin Gadakari corrupt, And Nitin Gadakari is indeed corrupt. AK did the drama of staying in prison for 15 long days, And every paidmedia reported it, positively or negatively. And so AK has gained huge support in citizens across India , particularly those who have been victim of corruption. Most persons who have become victim of corruption or heavy handedness are now partial or full supporters of AK.

I call AK's action's pure drama because AK never had any plan to reduce corruption and to reduce the massive delay in courts. Even the bail mess is because if we have judge system and not Jury System. In USA, bail is decided by the judges, but if the Grand Jury feels that bail is too unreasonable, then it can ask prosecution to demand a lower bail. And the citizens can also expel the judge who acts in unreasonable way. IOW, the solutions to the mess are increasing number of courts, Jury System, Right to Recall judges etc etc. AK has opposed all these proposals, including Jury System, and never gave even one draft to fix courts. Even when he was Delhi CM, he didnt propose any draft to fix tribunals which come under Delhi Govt. So it is NOT that AK is going to prison to fix system. He is going to prison to only get sympathy and votes from those who have become victims of corruption.

The problem is compounded by the fact that nationalists activists are also not interested in fixing courts, administration. Common voters depend on activists and paidmedia for information. Both activists ad paidmedia have projected only two solutions before voters --- NaMo and AK. Now NaMo has officially washed away his hands from the problem and NaMo has de-facto said "I will focus on MNC-led growth and corruption problem will be now solved by Gods only !!!" He has been honest and frank --- his 12 year regime in Gujarat has been low-corruption but far from near-zero corruption. IOW, citizens are de-facto officially requested by NaMo not to look at NaMo for corruption problem. So anti-corruption voters will now all walk towards AK, and end up wasting their time. Worse, AK may misuse his supporters to create instability as well.

Solution I propose to non-AAP, non-RSS, non-BST, non-NaMo-bhagats etc is that they should step up the efforts to spread information on RTR-judges, Jury System, RTR Police Chiefs, Wealth tax, Inheritance tax etc so that corruption reduces and avenues for "growth without FDI" open. The reason now I am OFFICIALLY excluding AAPians, RSS-activists, BST-activists and NaMo-bhagats is because they are good at only slogan shouting, , cap wearing , mask wearing and jhadu weilding. Explaing law-drafts and then asking them to spread information on law-drafts will be like explaing bhagwat to buffalo and then ask buffalo to inform others about bhagwat. IMO, it is best we let them shout slogans, wear caps and wear masks and enjoy the entertainment. Rest, can step up efforts to spread information on law-drafts to reduce the REAL problems.
