Ahmedabad\Gandhinagar elections ---- my outcome may not be all that good because of (1) strong NaMo support (2) strong AAP wave amongst people who dislike BJP\Congress (3) AhmedabadMirror didnt take my advt (4) Ahmedabad Mirror has projected AAP as the only 3rd candidate !!

In any election, the hard core Congress supporters will vote for Congress and hard core BJP supporters will vote for BJP. Plus this time, there is strong support for NaMo across Ahmedabad

Now amongst non-BJP, non-Congress voters, AAP has strong presence due to 3 years of paid-news coverage (paid by Jindal, MNC-onwers etc). Also, all NGOs funded by Ford etc across Ahmedabad has campaigned for Congress or AAP, in areas where Congress cant get any vote,

To make matter worse for me, Ahmedabad Mirror this time didnt even take my officially paid advt !!! And AM is THE newspaper read by educated youth. The Mirror extensively covered AAP.

In may-2009 , for those who didnt like BJP and Congress, there were two options -- Mallika Sarabhai and myself. So I got some 7300 votesm because Mallikebeb, though a very good social worker, was known to be not so good when it come to any administrative issues.

Whereas this time, AAP has (fake) image of reformer. Three years of constant paid-news coverage to AAP has made AAP and AK-420 darling to many, So this time, big chunk of anti-BJP, anti-Congress votes will go to AAP.

So this time , I will get ONLY those committed votes to whom RTR , Jurysys etc information has gone to depth, and have realized that AAP is fake, law-drafts are important etc etc. and sadly, that number is still small.
