If Govt Schools keep on rotting, Hinduism will die and so will whole India. And if any CM\PM tries to fix Govt schools, then owners of private schools will pay mediamen to ruin his image. Why? Because if Govt schools improve, then profits of private schools will fall. And so these owners of private schools will pay mediamen to ruin the image of leader. Thats why no CM\PM dares to or wastes his time in fixing Govt schools. IOW IMO the chair or PM or CM doesnt have strength to fix the Govt Schools. The solution I propose is Right to Recall District Education Officer. The details are given in chap-30 of http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm .
The solution I propose is ---- we should get Right to Recall law-draft printed in the Gazette. How? The method I propose is -- we activists should send the above 3 URLs as order to MLAs, and ask voters to the same. We should infor voters via newspaper ad etc.
