The law-draft creates an OPTION by which a Hindu sect can create Sikh Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee trype structure on temples to strengthen their sects and make them as militant/strong as Sikhs.
The structure enables bhakts of the sect to end oligarchy of purohits without use of any legal force. IOW, the purohits will NOT be forced to give up their ownership at all. So there is NOTHING liberal about this law.
Despite this, RSS-apex has been opposing this law-draft. Proof? please ask RSS-members to ask RSS-district-heads or RSS-apex and see the gol gol answers they give.
Why is RSS-apex opposing this law? And also not proposing any law to strenghen Hindu sects? The reason is : RSS-outfits and pracharaks are heavily dependents on funds coming from temple owners, ex-kings, big landlords and now BJP-apex. The proposed law enables bhakts to have a separate sect with same beliefs , but SGPC like structure in which existing temple owners will lose incoming donations as well as clout. And so RSS-apex is opposing this 100% OPTION CREATING law, which makes nothing binding on existing temple owners.
Now I dont want activists to boycott RSS. In fact, I request ALL activists to attend RSS-shakha (till they get fed up). I request all activists to inform RSS-district-heads and fellow RSS-activists about this law-drafts to strengthen Hindu sects.. They will see that RSS-activists will like it, but district heads will oppose it and ask all activists to oppose it as well. And most activists, in the name of unity, will end up opposing this law-draft to strengthen the Hindu sects !! This will tell all activists what real character of RSS-apex is !!!

2. RSS-apex created a fake opinion poll, and now tell that "people dont want Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya, krishna Janam Bhoomi Devalaya and kashi Vshvanath Devalaya issues". But RSS-apex still continues to support Varna Vyavastha. I am writing this to all, because I am 100% anti-Varna-Vyavastha and so I personally wish hell to every leader, not a common citizen, who refuses to oppose Varna Vyavastha. I hold no ill will against common person for all his views, but I do wish hell to leaders who support Varna Vyavastha and such nefarious idea. Now, I wonder why RSS-apex never conducts opinion poll on whether Varna Vyavastha should be continued or ended. So RSS-apex can conduct (fake) opinion poll on Tri-Devalaya issue, but refuses to go by public poll on Varna Vyavastha. So much for concern for opinions.
