One reason why Bangladeshi infiltrators are capturing mohalla by mohalla and advancing in this "slow motion war" in West Bengal is corruption is policemen and judges, But equally important reason is that the temple owners are not providing any monetary compensation to those who try to stop them and get hurt.
eg consider this BJP office bearer who was beaten up Bangladeshis. I dont think temple owners will provide any monetary help to him or his family members in case he gets seriously injured. eg in Gujarat , temple owners provided no help to VHP-activists who were wrongly imprisoned by policemen for years. In fact, in Gujarat, forget temple owners, even BJP/VHP-leaders refused to give any help.
So in next round, fewer men will come to fight.
If handful of Indians were to try and capture a piece of land in Bangladesh by bribing Bangladeshi policemen and judges then they would fail. Why? Because local Bangladeshi activists will beat them up . and if a local Bangladeshi gets injured in the process, then local mosque will help them.
What is the way out? I have proposed law-draft to make temple management similar to way Gurudwara are managed.
