I will repeat what I have said before. Storm is coming on 1-apr-2014 on gas price rise issue. If gas prices double as it has been said, then AK-420 will go on dharana and his dharana will get huge paid-media support, and also public support. And then the Congress will ask EC to defer the price rise , and EC will agree with deferring, and credit will go to AK.

Solution I propose is

1. right to recall petrol minister

2. right to recall ongc chairma

3. Jury trial over ongc staff

4. law-draft to discourage nexuses in private players and thus encourage competition in areas which need huge investments

drafts of (1) to (3) are there in rahulmehta . com / 301.htm (draft for rtr-pm in section-6.6 can also be used for petrol minister and ongc chairma). The draft for (4) is under construction.

I dont know what option bjp has. As such, I dont see any options, as BJP leaders had agreed with doubling of gas price , without explaining to public why they did so.
