Ak's proposing bill without LG's permission was wrong. Harshvardhan now says that "they were going to support Janlokpal". Well, what Harshvardhan says does NOT appear to be true. The vote in delhi Assembly were 27 vs 42 i.e. BJP opposed the very motion of tabling the bill. And IMO, they were wrong in opposing the motion to table the bill. Unless the bill damages national security or national security, an MLA or party should NOT oppose tabling of any bill. Also, BJP MLAs should not ride on high horse of "constitutional" validity. Also, BJP MLAs shouted whole day for expulsion of Somnath Bharati. After raising the issue, they should have put the issue to rest rather than make noise whole day.
BJP leaders across India have NOT shown any courage in opposing this useless Janlokpal bill in past 3 years. They didnt even show courage to air the very basic question "what if Janlokpals become MNC\Missionaey agents ?". IOW, instead of showing two bits of courage and attacking the very foundation of the bill, the BJP leaders instead asked RSS-activists to support Janlokpal movement.
AK is MNC-agent. But BJP-leaders is highly compromised which is why BJP-leaders are NOT directly attacking the MNC-agents' proposals like Janlokpal and many more. Nor are BJP-leaders exposing MNC-media links and nore are they starting parallel media to inform activists and citizens. In fact, BJP-leaders oppose giving key information to their own BJP-activists !!
Now AK is riding on Janlokpal horse. Unless Janlokpal itself is exposed, AK will keep sailing.
Solution I propose is that nationalist-activists should explain to fellow activists and citizens that Janlokpal itself is a bad law and is basically MNC-owners and Missionaries' plan. After all, Janlokpal as well Lokpal which was passed comes from UNCAC demand. And in the process, nationalist-activists will end up damaging the reputation of BJP-leaders, Congress-leaders and also AAP-leaders, because leaders across parties supported Lokpal, and none raised the question on "what if Lokpal becomes MNC-agents or Missionary-agent".
If Janlokpal draft is not attacked, then now paid-media will decide sway over voters.
