This is serious. CM should NOT talk about a bill without giving copies to MLAs, press and putting on Delhi Govt websites.

On basis are AAPians saying that Janlokpal bill is good if no AAPian has read it? I never used the word AAPtard till date. But AAPian is supporting Janlokpal despite the fact that bill has NOT been even shown to MLAs, then they deserve to called as AAP-tards
