(1) Delhi Ministers have NO powers --- all files to be signed by AK (2) I had mentioned in in aug-2012 that AAP new elected MLAs will sell out in 24 hours like OCngress\BJP MLAs. Then why the delay? Because buyers namely Congress/BJP want to wait till loksabha poll end
Since oct-1998, the central theme of my political campaign has been --- if activists spend time and efforts installing new MPs\MLAs without first printing Right to Recall DRAFTS, then they will end up wasting time, because over 90% new-comers will sell out. And so activists should put ALL times and efforts into first forcing MPs\MLAs to print RTR-law-drafts , and then only spend time on anything else.
And next theme along same line was --- activists MUST NOT help any candidate with hope that he will bring RTR-drafts, because over 90% new elected ones will oppose RTR-drafts once they get elected. And so activists should mainly focus on mass-movement to bring RTR only.
And along same line, in aug-2012 when AAP was formed, I made two statements
1. AAP MLAs including AK will oppose RTR after they come into power. And AAP Ministers will start taking bribes on day one.
2. Over 80% AAP MLAs will sell out within 24 hours after they get elected to BJP\Congress .
Now on (1) I have been right. AK has openly told (source --- ask AK on google hangout) that he will NOT bring RTR-Delhi-Mayor and RTR-Delhi-Corporator drafts in Delhi Assembly !! One proof is --- pls see website of Delhi Assembly. Do you see any RTR-Delhi-Corporator draft? RTR-Delhi-Mayor-draft? And AK has also said that Delhi Janlokayukt draft will NOT have RTR-Janlokayukt clauses.
But on (2), I have been wrong. AAP MLAs havent sold out yet. Why not? And AAP Ministers are NOT taking bribes either. Why not?
AK will never take bribes, because he has fame/power ambitions. This I had told long back --- people who have fame/power ambitions stay away from dirty money. This is NOT a plus point, because such people can backstab activists and voters to any extent. But are other AAP Ministers NOT taking bribes? Because they have NO powers !! All decisions are passed ONLY after cabinet approves i.e. after AK approves. So Ministers have no powers and so they dont get any bribes.
Then why arent AAP MLAs selling out en-masse? If 15 out of 28 AAP MLAs join BJP or Congress, then none will lose MLA seat and can get hefty amount. Thats because buyers are having cold feet. Whichever party that makes offer will lose Loksabha votes big time. So each party is waiting for Loksabhai elections to end and then make an offer.
Once Loksabha elections end on around 18-may-2014, the auctioning of AAP MLAs will start. Things will depend on outcome of elections.

But my request to activist is focus on good law DRAFTS. AK has already refused to print RTR-drafts, Jury System drafts etc in Delhi Gazette. AK has opposed proposal to print RTR-MLA-drafts, RTR-MP-draft, RTR-PM-draft, RTR-CM-draft, wealth tax drafts, inheritance tax drafts, drafts to expel Bangladeshies etc AAP loksabha manifesto.
Solution I propose is that (1) if you still believe in AAP, pls send SMS to AAP's number to print these drafts in Gazette . Pls put #hashcode in SMS. You will not even get count of #hashcodes back !! This will prove that they are not interested at all (2) If you have no faith AAP, then pls ask as many voters as possible to send orders to MPs via SMS to print these drafts in the Gazette.
