Prashant Bhushan : RTR is central issue. We will pass RTR when we come in Parliament

Activist : But you can give the DRAFT today !! And RTR-Delhi-Mayor and RTR-Delhi-Corporator are Assembly subjects. You can pass drafts now

Basically, Prashat Bhushan tried to fool by saying it "we will give draft when we come in Parliament" And activists shot back with TWO very valid arguments

1. You can surely give draft TODAY !!

2. RTR-Delhi-Mayor is state subject and you dont need to be in Parliament for that !!!

So folks, pls cultivate habit of studying DRAFTS of the proposed law. More you study the DRAFTS it will become easier and easier for you to deal with people like Prashant Bhushans.
