If AK become election commissioner, then AK will surely collect and count votes. But he will cancel elections where he doesnt like winners and and keep counts confidential anyway !!! PROOF : AK refuses to disclose counts of SMS-votes on his own SMS number !! SOLUTION : Pls tell this fact to AAP-activists and show that AK's SMS-voting is all fake.
Till date, since 2004, AK has done nothing pro-common except SMS-voting. And always he has worked like an MNC agent. eg1 In year 2004 in RTI-act , he opposed the proposal to print Right to Recall Information Commissioner clauses. eg2 In Janlokpal draft in apr-2011, he refused to put RTR-Janlokpal-clauses.
But due to pressure from my Right to Recall activits and the newspaper advt we gave, or due to God's guidance, AK asked voters across India to vote on various issues via SMS-voting. But imagine election commission taking vote, canclling elections he didnt like, declaring winner and keeping all counts confidential !!
Proof? AK openly and shamelessly refuses to disclose the COUNTS of SMS he got in various issues. eg some 20000 AAPians sent to expel Prashan Bhushan !! AK simply suppressed the numbers.
Now I understand that AK cannot make all SMS public, because if SMS have foul words then AK would face defamation cases. AK cant also disclose SMS sender's phno as the SMS-senders may get spammed. But surely AK can disclose the counts. eg AK can disclose how said YES on formation of govt and how many said NO. And how many sent other #hashcodes.
The numbers are small. My sources inside AAP say that some
a)5000 SMS came with #ExpelBangladeshi tag.
b) Some 10000 SMS came with #ExpelPrashantBhushan because Prashan Bhushan is known anti-national element.
c) And some 8000 SMS had hashcodes #NarcoTestForSeriousCrimeCorruption tag.
d) 1000s of SMS came for imprisonment for those who slaughter cows
AK was shown a report of all this SMS #hashcodes counts. AK told the AAP website admins NOT to disclose the counts !!!
Basically, if AK were to become election commissioner, he would conduct elections, declare winners on some elections, cancel the remaining elections, and keep all counts confidential.
So folks, I had thanked AK in public for starting SMS-voting. Now let me publicly cancel the THANKS I had given because of decision he took to keep the count secret. I was hoping against all reality that AK will conduct SMS-voting in fai way. But AK is conducting SMS-voting only in a way that will bring a lot of discredit to SMS-voting.
The real way to do SMS-voting is to demand TRAI to create a series such as "33XXX-XXXXX" which will be SMS numbers, where SMS can be sent for 25 paise, and receiver can send 1 SMS free to sender as ack. And ask Govt to run a system sothat system is under Govt supervision and it is neutral to all. But AAP has refused to ask GoI to start such SMS-voting service. And real way would be where activists ask voters to send orders DIRECTLY to MP as well as Party severs. Whereas AK has asked AAP activists to ask voters to send SMS only to AAP, and not to MPs !!!
So while my "order your MP via SMS campaign" did force AK to tilt a bit, and force him to do something sensible, it has far far less.
Solution I propose is : we should inform all AAPians the FACT that AK is refusing to disclose the hashcodes of the SMS he recieved. This will either expose AK or force AK to disclose counts for #hashcodes. In either way, India will benefit.
