My sincere thanks to Arvindbhai for setting SMS number for taking opinions of voters. This is the ONLY good thing I have seen from him in past 3 years. If AAP's SMS system becomes organized, it is a good thing. Otherwise, like all his measures till date, it will turn into a nonsense. SOLUTION : Lets ask AAP activists to create voterid-cell-number data in AAP's servers, and also allow voters to register their proposal and obtain #hashcode .

If anyone , with or without intention, due to malafide intentions or bonafide intentions, does something good , then IMO we must thank/congratulate him. Till date, AK's actions have been all nefarious. eg he opposed the proposal to print Right to Recall Janlokpal clauses in the Janlokpal draft, he refused to tell the FACT to activists\voters that Lokpal bill is ONLY because of MNC-owners' UNCAC, and that whole mass movement is a farce, he opposed JurySys, he supported Bangladeshis, he supports secession of JK and so forth. Worst, he wasted away 3 years of activists and crores of activist hours during present days , when China, USA, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh are all racing to destroy India. But today, by accident or design, AK has done a good thing.

AK has setup SMS number 0-88061-10335 where voters can send YES/NO on whether AAP should form Govt. Pls all send YES/NO as you wish. I have sent YES on this number.

AK's decision to send 25 lakh letters is a nonsense. AK's decision to call 270 ward meetings where some 40000 voters in each ward are supposed to attend that meeting is the biggest nonsense since independence. But AK's decision to setup SMS number is a GOOD thing. So my FORMAL thanks and congratulations for at last setting up SMS number.

Now of course, this step is useless without next steps. So IMO, we all should ask AAP activists to take following necessary steps to make the SMS system useful

1. To ensure that same voter is not sending SMS 100 times using different SIM cards, pls create VoterID-CellNo database in YOUR server. You need not make it public, and legally speaking, you could/should NOT make it public. But your server needs this data.

2. How can this data be created?

2.1 Pls obtain voter list of all 5000 assembly constituencies, or as many as you can, and create name-voterid-address data for each voter and each family.

2.2 Next, yYou can ask voters to send voter-id . In very small number of cases, you will get same voter-id from two sim, in such case you can send postcard at the address with return reply postcard, and verify.

3. Later, pls create same data for 10-20 constituencies !! I heard that you have Rs 20 crore in funds, and I have NO objection against that. Its all white money from ethical sources and may God give you Rs 200 crore. But pls use this money to setup system in at least 10 constituencies OUTSIDE delhi. It will do more good to India than jhadu you buy

4. MOST IMPORTANT ----- Pls allow voters to register THEIR proposals at AAP offices and obtain hashcodes, so that voters can send their YES-NO on their proposal. Till date, you are asking YES-NO only the proposals you have, and not proposals we commons have. That way, we can register our proposals on Right to Recall PM draft, RTR Supreme judges drafts, RTR MP draft, RTR CM draft, RTR MLA draft, MRCM draft, cancellation of communal violence bill, JurySys, wealth tax, repealing of VAT and service tax, expelling Bangladeshies, Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya, Krishna Janam Bhoomi Devalaya, kashi Vishvanath Devalaya, nartco-test on corrupt/murderers/rapists in public and so forth.

5. The voters can send YES-NO with #hashcode , and that way you will know what aam aadmi wants.

6. and finally, pls create a website to know how many YESes/NOs you received for each #hashcode.

Once AAP sets up SMS system, we can force all party leaders - be Congress or BJP to setup such SMS system.

And this SMS system can reduce ALL problems in 6 months which West has reduced.

Once the SMS system is up, you may continue all your timepass activities of slogan shouting, rallying, cap wearing, holding postors of AK, jhadu wielding etc. We at RRG will submit drafts at our costs, give copies of drafts to voters across India at our code, and ask them to send YES-NO with hashcodes at voters' cost, and you at AAP will get all credit !!

And in case, you refuse to disclose counts for #hashcodes for various #hashcodes, then it will prove to all that you only intend to waste time. And if you refuse to register #hashcodes, then also it will prove to all that you only intend to waste time. But I will wait for few days before I say so.

Once again, my sincere thanks\congratulations for setting up this SMS system. And lets all ask AAP-activists to create cellnumber-voterid data in their servers which is necessary to make this system sensible.
