Proof that AAP High Command AK opposes decentralized decision making. AK refused to call MLAs' meeting to decide if AAP should form Govt. And AK refused to take AAP activists open vote via net\SMS to decide if AAp should form Govt !!! Solution : We activists should ask Delhi voters to order MLAs via SMS who should become CM.
AK has been liar since 2004. My first hand experience with AK was in around 2004, where he had promised me via email that "Pls support existing RTI draft ; after this RTI draft passes, we will surely demand Right to recall Information Commissioner clauses". After RTI passed, he never ever demanded RTR Information Commissioner clauses. From that day, I had seen that this person is a class-A liar.
In Mar-2013, AK had told volunteers that "we will bring Right to Recall Delhi Mayor when we form Delhi Govt". For sake of RTR, that evening , I phoned AK to present my Right to Recall Mayor draft. And AK laughed and said "mehta bhai, mein RTR Delhi Mayor kaa draft assembly mein to kyaa AAP manifesto mein bhi nahi aane doonga" i.e. "I will not let RTR-draft come in delhi assembly or come even in AAP manifesto". Well, see the delhi manifesto yourself. It doesnt have RTR-Mayor-draft.
Now AK had said that AAP has no high command. All decisions will be taken democratically and via decentralized way. Now AAP has 28 MLAs. And BJP with 32 MLAs is asking AAP to form Govt.
AK is opposing the proposal of asking 28 MLAs what to do. And AK also refuses to take vote from registered AAP activists via SMS/net !!! He, USA agent Prashant Bhushan and Sonia's agent Yogendra Yadav are taking all decisions !! So much for decentralized and democratic decision decision making.
Solution I propose is that voters of Delhi should order MLAs via SMS on who should form the Govt. There are 120 lakh voters in Delhi. They should order MLAs via SMS on who should be made CM. The voters should form Govt , and also order MLAs to put copy of that SMS on party's server. If that person refuses to become CM, then his pary should be deedmed useless. And voters should order all MLAs via SMS of his party to resign. And have re-election ONLY in those constituency.
