Speaking a lie which exposes a bigger lie is no sin. And a lie which leads to truth is no sin.

eg say if A speaks "X told me over phone that he = X supports Bangladeshies. Want proof? Ask X".

Then audience will now get curious, and ask X. And then X's stand gets exposed , and audience comes to know that X is supporter of Bangladeshies. In such case, the statement that " "X told me over phone that he = X supports Bangladeshies" is not a sin, even if a lie.
