Why Janlokpal movement "failed ? (1) AK he never added clauses to address the fear that "what if Janlokpal becomes videshi agent" , and so activists started losing interest (2) AK never wanted Janlokpal, he only wanted to make a political party ; SOLUTION ? We need to inform activists about "better" ways to run mass-movement.
How the Janlokpal Movement grew

On 4-apr-2011, a friend of mine who went to Janter Manter at around 9 am told me that there were hardly 100 non-mediamen, and over 100 mediamen with over 30 Outside Broadcast = OB vans for live coverage. As if something earth shaking has already happened or something earth shaking is going to happen. Whereas nothing major had happened till then. And as far as the epic fast goes, since jan-2010 there has been one anti-corruption fast on Janter Manter every week, and no mediamen gave any attention !! And back then, less than 0.5% of India knew Anna\AK etc. Only person well know in that group was respected Kiran Bediji, but nothing can explain presence of over 100 mediamen and over 25 OB vans. IOW, the mediamen were paid beforehand to give grand coverage to the Janlokpal fast.
After that, AK's fan club grew. Sometimes fans come due to exceptional abilities like Sachin etc. But Janlokpal draft had no substance to attract any fans. Then how did the fan club grew? Well, it is numbers game. We often see people with not much substance like SRK etc have huge number of fans. I myself was once a Bachhan fan. Such fan clubs can be made by intense media coverage alone, and nothing else is needed. When same face is shown again and again and again and again and again on TV, newspapers , magazines and shown as medicine to many evils, some 1% of population will become fans. And then these 1% get more and more fans. Of course, the person should not be as dumb as RaGa. But if the person is cunning and a good actor, then sheer media coverage and despite zero substance is sufficient to create a huge fan club.
So on 4-apr-2011, paid-mediamen didnt come to Janter Manter because something major had happened, because NOTHING major had happened. The paid-mediamen were paid to create a show that something major has happened so that all eyes get glued to Anna, AK etc and Anna, AK gets fans.

Why IAC activists started losing interest in movement

Anyway, the next step was Janlokpal mobement. The 23 page long Janlokpal-1.1 was deliberately written in such complex English that even lawyer of London will fail to understand. AK and Bhushan used this complex language so that activists do not read it. Nevetheless, we at Right to Recall Group explained the law clause by clause to many IAC activists and proved to them that this "Janlokpal with no Right to Recall Janlokpal" draft will only enable MNC-owners aka American-elitemen to take over country with ease The draft reduced their problem to planting, bribing, forcing 11 Janlokpals only !! Around jun-2011, most IAC activists saw the need of RTR-Janlokpal-clauses were necessary. They all went to Anna, AK etc. Anna was helpless , he asked all to speak to AK. AK refused to add "Right to Recall Janlokpal" clauses in the draft. And so activists started losing interest.
The activists were hitting the wall. When people used to ask REAL and VALID questions like "what can we commons do if janlokpal becomes corrupt", the activists had no answers !! The draft said that "commons can complain to supreme judges" and there was no other remedy. And this remedy was useless as most supreme judges are as corrupt as ministers. The IAC activists liked Right to recall Janlokpal clauses. But AK asked them NOT support RTR-Janlokpal-clauses and he himself opposed it. And AK gave no answer to the question "what remedy commons have if Janlokpal becomes corrupt , and supreme court judges also take bribe from Janlokpals and let janlokpals do whatever they want"? So activists lost interest in the draft, and so movement started declining.

IAC activists further lost interest when AK asked activists NOT to order MPs via SMS to pass "Janlokpal" draft !!!

I asked IAC activists to convince as many crores of Indian voters as possible to send orders to MPs via SMS to pass "Janlokpal with Right to recall Janlokpal clauses" or "Janlokpal with NO Right to recall Janlokpal clauses" or both or as they wished . AK opposed both !! AK asked IAC activists not to send any orders to MPs via SMS !! And thats when activists further lost interest. Finally, movement started declining because saw "Janlokpal with NO RTR-Janlokpal" as just another CVC type body which didnt bring any major change.

AK's goal was to kill movement to create an excuse to make political party

From day-one, AK never want Janlokpal law. If had had interest in Janlokpal law, he would have added clauses in Janlokpal draft to create remedy for "what if Janlokpal becomes corrupt and SCjs protect them"!! In wanted the Janlokpal movement to die to create a basis to create a political party. And in all this, AK is just an actor -- the REAL players are those who are paying for media coverage. The sponsors goal is to either cut NaMo's votes or force NaMo to give tickets to MNC\Missionary-agents.
In any case, I have no regrets about how many votes NaMo\BJP would lose or whom they end up giving Loksabha tickets to. The REAL loss to nation is billions of activist hours lost after attempt , which only creates one more Congress and nothing more. AI call AK dishonest not because he will fail to get 50 Loksabha seats and cut BJP votes. I call him dishonest because he is telling lies to youth that by sending "good" candidates to Assembly\Parliament, we can change laws. The lie is repeatedly speaking and hiding is that his 47 Delhi MLAs and his 50 Loksabha MPs will not sell out, even when voters have no Right to recall.

SOLUTION?

1. We need to convince activists that mass-movement can indeed succeed.
2. A valid question will come "then why did Janlokpal maovement failed".
3. And here we need to convince the activists that the Janlokpal mass movement didnt fail, because mass-movement is bad idea. The Janlokpal mass-movement failed only because AK wanted that mass movement to fail to create an excuse to make political party, so that AK's sponsor can either force BJP\NaMo or cut his votes.
4. And we need to provide the cause of mass-movement and format. The cause I propose is : all good law-drafts like such as RTR-PM, RTR Supreme judges, RTR MP, RTr-MLA , MRCM, JurySys, wealth tax, inheritance tax etc etc and format is "order your MP via SMS to print these laws".
5. And we need to tell the FACTS to activists that AK has opposed RTR-MLA, RTR-MP, RTR-PM, RTR-CM, RTR-Delhi-Mayor, RTR-Delhi-Corporator, RTR-Delhi-Lokayuk, JurySys, wealth tax, inhertance tax etc and that AK is asking volunteers not to send orders to MPs via SMS
Using above 5 steps, we can create successful mass-movement in India to bring good law-drafts in the Gazette.
