While we work for reducing injustice, zero injustice may be even a theoretical impossibility even in 99% decide to be ethical !!
Say in a society 99% are ethical, but none is selfless. And 1% are unethical. Now the unethical will attack and try to rob others. They have advantage of surprise and so first few attacks will be successful which will make them stronger for second round. And thus they will keep gaining and gaining. Till , a less selfish person attacks them.
So if that society that (99% ethical-selfish , 0% ethical-selfless , 1% unethical selflish) than that society will have rampant injustce.
So society needs some selfness individuals to maintain justice.
But when closely looked , selflessness too is self-injsutice., and selfless person may end up doing injustice to his close relatives because he will have less time\care for them.
So making injustice zero is theoritical impossibolity, We should confine to reducing injustice. How? One way I propose is that we take a draft, and see if that reduces injustice or increases it? If it reduces, we accept it till we find a better or less bad draft.
