Can someone verify this?

Say MNC-owner-A brings $1 billion = Rs 5000 crore as FDI. We take $1 = Rs 50 for simple calculations. Say he invests. Say MNC-owner-A earns profit of say Rs 1000 crore = $200 million . Now if he decides not to take profit out of India and re-ivest in India.

Then from what I hear is that the tax he has to pay is Rs 0 !!

is this true?
