In this 45 second video , Arvindbhai says in black and white that on very important issues like banking, currency, security, foreign policy etc , the common men will have no say. So in his vision, the common men will decide all gutter and chillar issues --- where should the gutter be laid, how many street lights should be there and so and so forth. But should rupee supply be raised? Should RBI loot temple gold? Should banks be allowed to give loans without collateral etc on this MAJOR issues, commons will have no say at all.

Next, (not in this video) he says that commons can have referendum on laws Loksabha passes. But then immidiately he says --- referendum will NOT be taken on all issues, but will be taken on IMPORTANT issues only !!! And who will decide which issue is important? He doesnt not specify. I think he will put a committee or policy group to decide which issues are important or decide "how to decide which issue are important". And his policy group or committee excuses never end. In apr-2011, he had promised that his committee would give DRAFT for this referendum procedure in 2 months. Some 2.5 years have passed. And he still says 2 months now !!

IOW, referendum draft will never come !! And so as per his vision, commons will never get power to decide important issue

Solution : it is very much possible for commons to decide banking\currency issue using TCP (see section-1.3 of rahulmehta . com/301.htm ) and using Right to Recall RBI Governor (see chap-9) . IMO, we activists should request voters to order MPs via SMS to print Right to recall RBI Governor draft in the Gazette.
