Pls ask all Delhi MLA election candidates to write in affidavit that if over 50% of the voters order them via SMS to resign , then they will resign in one day.

Congress, BJP and AAP leaders , namely Shiela Dixit, Vijay Goel and Arvind Gandhi all three have refused. All three parties' leaders, including Arvind Gandhi, have said "forget 50%, even if all 100% order us to resign via SMS, we will NOT resign for 5 years ; once we have won election, we are kinds for next five years ; we can do whatever we want ; be 50% or be 100% --- voters cant expel us from Assembly " !!!

AAP manifesto will not have any procedure by which voters can expel MLA after he is elected !! Only empty Right to Recall label will be put. RTR-procedure will be put sometime after 50-100 years.

IMO, those who want "RTR-MLA-via-SMS" should give newspaper-advt and/or distribute pamphlets.
