In past several months, there are has been dozens of incidence of rape, abductions, forcible marriages, murders, beatings etc across UP (and across India for that matter). In almost all cases, the judges took bribes and threw the cases in go slow mode and almost always released the criminals. In handful of cases, where public outcry is feared and accused are also not so rich (like Delhi, dec-16 bus case), the judges let go the bribes, and convict the criminals. But even in that cases, the judges took bribes and imposed ONLY 3 year imprisonment on the cruelest of the six criminals under flimsy excuse that "poor kid is a juvenile" !!!.

ONLY because of such rampant bribery in judges and resultant acquittals, the victims and their relatives decide to take law in the own hands. So we have riots.

Solution I propose is (a) narco-test in public of rape/murder (b) Jury Trials in all cases (c) Right to recall judges . I have described these solution in details in chap-21 of http://rahulmehta.com/301.htm . How can we get these law-drafts printed in the Gazette. I request all activists of India to request 80 crore voters via newspaper-ad to order MPs via SMS to print RTR-judges draft, Jury System draft, and draft making narco-tests in public compulsory in all murder, rape, high corruption etc cases.

Here, please note that Arvind Gandhi has opposed ALL three proposals, and so have Congress/BJP and Akhilesh Yadav. Further, Arvind Gandhi also asked all activists NOT request voters to send orders to MPs via SMS. "We must unite and focus all energy on vote gathering only for next 20 years !!" and "All activism should be AAP-centric , vote-centric and we must not allow any direct dialogue between MLA and citizens such as via citizens ordering MLAs via SMS !!" are now his pet sentences. In case you want proof, pls call him and ask him, and put his statements on these issues on YT. And if you dont want to waste your time calling him, pls dont waste your time on this wall either.
