Make every leather-goods making company print "made from leather of animal which died natural death" mark or "made from leather of slaughtered animal" mark . Also , ban use of cow leather on all leather products with prison sentence of 5 years.
Sale of animal meat which died natural death is banned anyway. And such meat is toxic and can cause diseases. So natural-death of animals reduces slaughters and consulption of non-veg food. The body animals which die natural death gets used to make natral fertilizer after natural process of decay.
Now how will this law to print such labels reduce animal slaughter?
Those who want to reduce animal slaughter, can buy leather goods which have mark of "made from leather of animal which died natural death" and avoid goods with mark "made from animal that was slaughtered" . This preference in buying will reduce animal slaughter. The costs of leather goods "made from leather of animal which died natural death" will be higher, as their meat didnt fetch any money. But if person is animal-lover, that may be a price he could be willing to pay.

Because this will NOT fetch any visibility to AAP-cap, AK's face etc. For proof, pls call Arvindbhai directly. I didnt record phone conversations, as it is unethical and illegal. Ans : if all 80 crore citizen-voters, or even if over 40 crore voters of India, would order their MPs via SMS to print a law, then it will convince AMUS = Ahmisa Murti Mahatma Udham Singh to visit PM and convince PM to print that law. Who is AMUS? Where does AMUS live? Why does AMUS wait for 40 crore voters' SMS? Why PM will listen to AMUS and not to 80 crore voters? What if PM doesnt listen to AMUS?
